Heaven sent was one of the first to show they know what they are doing. Recently when I needed a roofer due to animal damage. They were the first I called and they did an excellent job as always.

I was told possible dates for my roof installation would be either 5/13 or 5/28th due to if it rains however I got a text 5/7 letting me know they had availability on 5/8 which I happily took as I knew the rain was going to come and I didn't want to leave my tarp on any day longer. I was told Jose and crew would be here around 930-10 they showed up way early to start the day which I didn't mind!!! I appreciate early and on time and Jose came and kept me in the loop the whole day!!! Griselda in the office made sure my mind was at ease. I would recommend them for roofing. I will be getting an estimate for a corner and my carport and in the future will be using them. Jose repaired a couple of sections of my roof that needed to be repaired. We've used Heaven Sent Roofing twice now for a couple leaks and some updating to our roof venting. Jose is fabulous, and Griselda is always so kind and accommodating! I really appreciate all the before/after pictures Jose takes and his explanation of what's causing the issue. I'm so glad we found a trustworthy company with reasonable prices and quality work. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Very professional. I had dealt with 3 other roofing companies that failed to follow up and left me with no confidence in them. I called Heaven Sent on a Saturday and they came out for an assesment and got me a quote the SAME day. They started the work on time and left me with a great roofing replacement WITH repairs in about a day and a half; not to mention their quote was VERY COMPETITIVE (i.e. no inflated prices). Jose and Griselda are awesome, and I will recommend them to anyone that asks me about roofers. Don't mess around with anyone else. Call Heaven Sent! I'm so glad I did.

Heaven Sent Roofing was attentive to our needs and responded quickly when squirrels damaged a roof vent and decided to set up residence in our attic. After we got rid of the unwelcome guests, Heaven Sent came out and removed the damaged vent, added steel meshing to keep the squirrels out before installing a new, steel vent and expertly finishing off the flashing and shingles leaving the install perfect and nicely finished. Can say enough great things about Heaven Sent Roofing 🏘️🏡.. They did our roof a few years back... Our in-laws now how our experience with them was wonderful ...So now that it's time for them to get their roof done they asked us to give them their #... Gigi is an amazing woman great communication and customer service..So friendly every now and then she checks to how we are doing... Our roof is still holding strong... A few of our neighbors got theirs done around the time we did and there's shingles have come off here and there... One neighbor even had a leak in her 😣 Not ours... First and foremost, Griselda and Jose were great to deal with. Griselda was very respectful and followed through on quoting, paperwork & scheduling my repairs. Jose is a very honest hardworking man. He too was very respectful and professional, and was always showed up on time taking care of my home. He replaced the siding, fascia, rotted soffit, painted it, fixed some wind damage to our roof, all at a much more affordable price compared to some of the larger San Antonio siding companies. Griselda and Jose were wonderful to work with. During a difficult time, they went above and beyond to correct previous roofing and chimney errors. Their knowledge enabled them to make suggestions on how to approach the problems. While working, Jose would take pictures at various steps of the job which was very helpful as I could not get on the roof to see myself. The before and after pictures added to my confidence in his workmanship. They were on time and even pushed my job up when heavy rain was being forecasted. I believe their rates were very reasonable. The job site was always clean when work was completed. I cannot say enough about the workmanship and professionalism that was shown. I do not hesitate in recommending them and would certainly hire them again. When kindness and compassion are rare these days, Griselda and Jose make it a part of their service.

Unlike other companies we contacted, Heaven Sent was only concerned about providing the repair and replacement estimates we requested, instead of asking how much our insurance company is giving us so they could then figure out what to charge. Jose arrived on time, was very professional, not pushy, and gave me suggestions on what could be done when replacing my siding. This was a big project and I was very stressed about the process.
