Cristian Perez with Holden Roofing did a free assessment of our roof after a storm and let us know we had damage to our roof. I have to say we didn’t think it could be that bad. But Cristian took pictures and let us know that people in our neighborhood that had less damage were getting full roof replacements. So we called our insurance and sure enough, we needed a whole new roof! I’m glad Cristian remained diligent in checking back with us or we would not have called it in and could have sustained significant water damage in the future. We have a beautiful new roof in a custom color that is much better than the builder grade roof in many ways besides appearance and has an Owen’s Corning warranty. Cristian walked us through the process and kept us updated throughout. The roofers completed the job in 2 days. I highly recommend Holden Roofing and Cristian Perez!

Just for your information, in case there are others who have a warranty...Due to our recent hail storm. Holden roofing approached us at our doorstep to notify us about a transferable warranty that was in place from the previous owner. The roof had been installed in 2019. However, due to the recent hail storm, we had a protective cover put on a hole to prevent any leakage and prevent further damage inside, since rain is to be expected this week. Unfortunately, this action resulted in the voiding of our warranty.

Really glad I had Dustin Allen working for me. I'd had two others try and fail to get my insurance to cover my roof after wind and hail damage, but Dustin went the extra mile to make sure the adjuster saw the extent of the damage and got my claim approved. After the storm last year, a rep was working the neighborhood for claims due to hail damage. I initiated contact with the individual. He explained what he was doing, and I bluntly told him just be transparent with me and don’t try and screw me over when discussing the proposal for getting a new roof. After we started the process, some concerns arose and I addressed them with the representative. He immediately pointed to the fine print, stating that I would have to pay the company if I backed out of the commitment. Mind you, none of this was clarified during our sit down. This man sat in my home, met my family, and lied to my face. He said he was a veteran and former police officer, and as a veteran myself, I identified with that and trusted what he was saying. Holden may be a good company, but this interaction let me know that I cannot trust anyone to be honest here in San Antonio. It’s all about who you can hustle. Go figure this place is considered Military City USA. It’s a gold mine to take advantage of service members who just want Americans to tell the truth and live up to their word.

I had a great experience with Holden Roofing. My roof was damaged during a severe hail storm in April and I submitted a claim with my insurance. I chose Holden because I saw their signs in yards in my area and their reviews were great. They made the process extremely quick and painless and handled everything that was needed with the insurance. Trevor was outstanding and definitely knew what he was talking about. He kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process all the way from checking out the initial damage, educating me on what needed to be done, getting the supplies ordered, getting a team out here to replace the roof, and following up after.

It is very difficult when your home is damaged in a storm - a hail and wind storm. I believe that God send a young man by the name of Cristian Perez who guided my family through a very difficult time. Not once did he try to pressure us into making a decision. He simply guided us in a principled manner. We make a decision to go with Holden because of Cristian Perez and the way that he treated us as persons of worth.In a timely manner our roof was replaced with Cristian representing us to our insurance company. He took pictures of the damage to our property and presented our case and cause to the State Farm. All I can say is that our back porch railings were repainted and our solar panels were expertly taken down and put back on in a very satisfactory way after the roof was completed. If you are looking to get your roof inspected/replaced I couldn't recommend Matt Makowski at Holden Roofing enough. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!!!We decided we wanted a roof inspection done for hail damage and wanted to get our own done from an outside company rather than just trusting our homeowners insurance adjuster. I called our homeowners insurance to file a claim for a roof inspection, thinking it would be a while until they sent someone out. Well to my surprise they said someone would be out the next day. I got in contact with Matt right away and he was so gracious to move his schedule around at a last moments notice so he could do his inspection before our adjuster came then made sure to come back while our adjuster was here so he could talk with him and advocate on our behalf. All of this with just a few hours notice. Once we were approved by our insurance Matt came back out and went over everything in great detail and got our supplies ordered. He dealt with everything with our insurance company. It was such an easy, smooth and seamless process.Once the supplies came in and were delivered there was crew out 2 days later to do the work. They completed the job in a day and a half and the crew was really great as well.After the job Matt came by to make sure everything was completed and things went smoothly. Continuing to check in to make sure we were happy with everything. Very good customer service. Everyone I dealt with was so great and paid such attention to detail. We are very happy with our decision to go with Holden Roofing.

Our roof was damaged during a hail storm the year prior to us fixing it and we were actually not aware of it. Trevor with Holden Roofing was in the area for a few of my neighbors who also had damage. He knocked on our door and we let him up to see the roof. He showed us pictures of our roof and the damage and helped us file a claim. Thankfully we were still within the time frame. They made the process extremely easy. Trevor handled everything that was needed with the insurance. He was knowledgeable and kept updated every step of the process. He communicated quickly and efficiently and we knew what was happening the whole time starting from the initial assessment to the very end. He helped us pick the best material for our home. He communicated regarding getting the supplies ordered, when the a team was coming out to replace the roof, and followed up after.If you need your roof replaced, Holden Roofing with Trevor is my recommendation

I hired Holden Roofing in San Antonio because I was familiar with them from our time in Houston. What I got was Hunter M*****. Hunter is rare in customer service. He is polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable about his product. He was able to answer all our questions and guide us through the process of our roof replacement, from filing an insurance claim to completion of the work. He promised he would be with us throughout the whole process and he was. He kept us informed and told us what to expect every step of the way. Hunter is a very valuable asset to Holden Roofing. The crew was equally professional and their experience showed in their work. In 40+ years of homeownership, this is probably the happiest we've been working with a company on a home repair project.

Review of Holden Roofing and my salesperson. I, like many homeowners, have never thought about needing a roof repaired or replaced. One day I start to notice roof shingles falling off the roof. Then a few months later more shingles. Great, who has the money for this fun adult homeownership stuff? I wondered do I contact homeowners’ insurance first do I contact roofers? I watch way too many YouTube videos in the meantime to learn what to expect. My insurance does their inspection. I attain funds for most of the replacement and then I contacted three different contractors. One did not give me a quote and disappeared. One gave me a quote but did not contact me back. Then I remember I have seen Holden Roofing in my neighborhood many times. I saw a Holden roofing sign on a neighbor's front lawn. I decided to call Holden from the number on the sign, and it has been an excellent choice, Anthony has been very professional. He was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. Due to the high heat in San Antonio and their workload, it took a few weeks to get the work started. It took them about 2.5 days to finish, due to my steep roof and the high heat. I now have a new roof on the house with updated ridge vents and it is up to date on the latest building codes. They have a few minor fixes with the rain gutters which will be fixed in a few days. Bring on the rain we need it. Thank you, Anthony it has been great working with you and Holden Roofing.

My Buyers get a professional opinion and quote which we can present to a Seller. Holden Roofing, of San Antonio Texas:I would like leave a review about my experience with this company and their representatives. We had a good sized roof leak discovered after a large thunder/ hail storm. Doing a visual from the ground I noticed multiple tiles on our roof were missing or sliding down the roof and damages. I got a referral for Holden and boy am I glad I did: the sent out one of their reps Mr Joe Laurigan who was very responsive, friendly and professional every step of the way. They did a thorough inspection of the roof submitted a bid, dealt with the insurance company carefully removed existing tile repaired damaged deck and substructure, got everything put back together and also pointed out other trouble areas and corrected them also. Joe, followed up after the job was done and came out several times to address concerns and promptly addressed any issues I had. These guys are great to deal with in every way! I highly recommend Holden Roofing and if you use them ask for Joe, he’s the best!!!

My roof turned out great. It was replaced quickly, and within budget. Our representative, Hunter, was also great. He kept us updated and informed, and always returned our calls immediately. The other rep we initially talked with, Joseph, was not customer friendly at all. Two of my neighbors also had terrible experiences with Joseph as well.
