I hired home depot to redo my shower. It has been 6 months and it's incomplete; unable to use it. I have no glass to surround the shower. They sent an incompetent contractor who removed my shower wall and replaced it with a thin material that is used on kitchen.countertops. I"m making payments and have no shower. I am so disheartened. I get nothing but excuses.

Great cust service. Jackie,at the register, right away,assisted,by calling another employee,to assist us, in the lumber dept . Amador ,from plumbing dept,came to assist us. He was ,extremely helpful & offrd additional assistance, if needed. :Amador stay as kind as you are & be blessed. Jackie you're great. Home Depot,too many workers in the am but ,none avail,on the floor, after 5PM, really. None avail at all.

The worst Home Depot I have been associated with. Flawed ordering, receiving and installing and the customer service is horrible. And don't expect them to call you when they say they will because they won't. Quoted me $235 on a door install and then tried to charge me $369.
