I am very impressed with Ideal Precision's customer service. I received estimates from a handful of companies with the specific intent to replace my old roof with a shingle system, and Ideal Precision is the last of the companies I spoke with. Going into this process, I was not aware of how my low-slope roof would affect my options. NONE of the other companies even batten an eye at the fact that much of my roof has a slope of less than 2:12 before issuing me an estimate to install a shingle only system, and none of them explained the risks involved in doing so. Ideal Precision did not try to hard sell me on an upgrade to standing seam metal but did a great job of explaining to me the differences between my options. Since then, I have been able to independently research my options and the risks and benefits involved, and I have decided on my own to go with standing seam metal. Honestly, I haven't chosen a company yet, since I hadn't anticipated needing bids for anything other than shingles. So far, from what I have seen, Ideal Precisions prices seem reasonable, but just out of due diligence, I have to get a couple more estimates before I proceed. However, I must say that, so far, I'm very partial to the only company that seems to grasp how big of a decision this is for a homeowner in this economy and cares that we are making a truly informed decision we can be confident about down the road. I strongly suggest at least getting an estimate from this company. Joshua Gomez is great at what he does and is very easy to work with. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Pozan, a very professional, honest, expert roofer.I reached out to him several months ago after seeing water leaking from under the roof overhang. He knew right away that it was most likely a plumbing issue and not the roof, but inspected my roof to be sure. He even went into the attic and gave me a rundown of where the leak was. Obviously, he went over and beyond.So, when we had a bad hail storm in April, I had Dustin on speed dial! He made the process seamless by detailing everything and processing the documentation with the adjusters. I received credit for referrals even after my beautiful Hickory roof was installed. I had purchased my residence a little over 18 months ago and the roof had some unknown multiple small leaks in different places that became apparent with the heavy rain storm. While getting bids to fix the leaks and gain insight about the health of our roof we decided to replace it with either a asphalt shingle roof or a metal roof. I have contacted several roofing companies to get both a 50 year composition roof and a metal roof quote. We just had our roof replaced by ideal precision roofing and are beyond stoked with how amazing it looks!!!! It was a seamless process- Dustin came out to give us a quote. I knew our roof was getting old and needing replacement soon before we started having issues. I had full anticipation that we would be paying for 100% of our roof. Dustin was able to spot some minor/light hail damage. We were able to build a case and have insurance step in and help pay for a good chunk. Ideal Precision Roofing and Exteriors put our roof on two years ago but our recent severe weather caused a small leak. I called the company and they sent someone out within two days (the rain had to stop)! James Keithly, VP, came out for the initial inspection. He went into the attic to see if there was any water damage (there wasn’t), and came back the following day to repair it. While he was on the roof, he was nice enough to blow all my leaves out of the way!! You don’t often get that kind of service where someone goes the extra mile to help a customer! We’re older, so it’s not that easy for us to get up on the roof!I would highly recommend Ideal Precision Roofing, and most certainly ask for James because he’s thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and an extremely kind individual!
