I did a lot of research in looking and read all reviews to include rating with the BBB and Independence Roofing SA is by far the best company to use. The contractor was professional and very knowledgeable of the process when dealing with insurance companies and his staff was very kind and courteous. As far as the work goes, I couldn’t be any happier with the work. My roof looks amazing and I even referred them to my neighbors who were admiring my roof and service I received. So if you are in the market looking for a roofer, look no further because you do not need to look any further.

Great experience. No hard sale, just showed up with an estimate on his first trip out. Other companies wanted to play insurance games and some never even sent me a quote. But Joel at Independence came in thousands of dollars less than the competition. They left our yard, porches, and driveway cleaner than they found them. And the roof looks great.

Without a doubt this is the best roofing company I have come across in my 50+ years. After I have a house re-roofed I inspect the underlaminate, roof jacks, valleys, hips, flashing, and then perform a leak check to ensure installation has been correctly done. Surprisingly this roof passed all my inspections so I would say definitely I would recommend Independence Roofing.

Highly recommend! Crew was professional, punctual, arrived early, and put in long hours in spite sweltering 100 degree temperatures. My roof is beautiful and at a reasonable cost. After the job was complete, the next day a worker showed up equipped to pick up any nails or any discarded materials that might have been left behind. My yard shows no evidence of debris - very clean. Outstanding workmanship.

If in the course of intensely hot summer days & hot, cold, colder, wet, wind, leaves and all kind of degrading conditions my roof had suffered, to maintain the value of my Boerne home, it was time for a new roof. So easy to get a sales pitch promised, then they want some start up cash. I learned that lesson the hard way. Looking for an outfit that walked the way they talked. INDEPENDENT ROOFING first of all has a website that answers most inquiries before you talk to JOEL. He is Joel Kite, a Marine Combat veteran, a Career Law Enforcement Officer,a GOOD honest man. He does not tell you what I just did, I had to poke my nose in his business, call others INDEPENDENT has served. That's how I came to call him Joel. After a short phone inquiry made those calls. I am a VET too and am honored to hire Veterans. When we met at my house for him to give me an estimate, he told me he had received calls from customers that I was checking him and INDEPENDENT ROOFING out. He told me he appreciated that and I should call him JOEL. The man is a proud Texas businessman whose word is his bond.We came to terms on the exact product I wanted. His crews are long time employees who have good employment and are dedicated to making sure they mirror Joel's lead. He is priced spot on with my research and in some cases a few extras I didn't expect. My place looks crisp and pleasing except now I need to do some painting and tidying up because my neighbor has commented how great the top of my home is. Damn, I hate painting.
