I had called several other roofing companies here in San Antonio for estimates, and some never even got back to me or were rude when I actually got a chance to speak to someone. I got lucky when I came across Invision Roofing online. I submitted a free estimate request on their website and the owner actually called me back personally in literally two minutes. He came out to my house and did the inspection himself. Matt was very nice. He even helped deal with my horrible cut rate insurance company, and even got them to approve giving me a better roof than the one I had before. Within a few days his team was at my house putting on my new roof. The workers were prompt and didn't even leave a mess when they were done. I am beyond pleased with Invision Roofing and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Great customer service. They're the best roofing company in San Antonio hands down.

Invision replaced my roof after a hail storm a couple years ago and did a quality professional job. Early this year we had a wind storm that blew a couple shingles off the ridge cap. I called them and they inspected and replaced missing shingles as well as looking at the entire roof. Stay Away.....Initially they sent a crook that used to work for them, John Dietrich. The guy disappeared and I called the main office and they sent Mr. Wallace. He was helpful and got the job done on time. The roof looks good but during installation the crew pushed the lid of the furnace exit shut and fumes were accumulating in the attic. Invision refunded the expense of getting it fix, which is why I am now giving a good review. If you hire them, ensure the project manager gets on the roof and examines the job, the issue could have been prevented by a final inspection. Overall the service was good and the roof looks great and they took care of the only issue I had with the installation.Update: I will not recommend this company again and surely will not called them ever again. They did not seal the roof around the skylight and water filtered down to my kitchen ceiling damaging it. I called them many times to fix my kitchen ceiling and after promising many times they would fix it they never showed up. It has been months now and they have not even called call to try to honor their warranty. Do not use them, they will charge more than other companies with the promise of being the best and their warranty but they will not take care of any damages done as a consequence of their mistakes. I was ok with original issues small issues they had because they fixed them but when it came to something bigger, all I got was a deaf ear. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else.

Highly recommend Invision Roofing. They replaced my roof due to hail damage. Invision took care of all the communicating with my insurance company and made sure I got the same high quality shingle approved for my new roof. Made the entire process so quick and simple. Met with our insurance adjuster, chose the shingle we wanted to use, schedule the install roof was completed in a day. Couldn’t be happier all tue work we were able to have done only the price of a deductible. My father contacted Metlife due to a storm back in June of 2019, he suspected roof damage. Matt with Invision worked diligently with the claims adjuster to show them evidence the roof was damaged by the storm. My father passed away in Oct. of 2019 before the claim was ever resolved. Needless to say, after my father's passing we weren't sure if the insurance company would pay the claim or not. Matt went the extra mile to continue communicating with the claims adjuster and sent them additional photos of the damage. We are pleased the insurance claim was paid and the roof has been replaced. Matt, even arranged for painters to touch up the kitchen ceiling due to the damage created by a leak from the damaged roof. Thanks Matt, our Dad would be happy you took care of Mom's home after his passing. May you have a blessed 2020

Matt at Invision Roofing is wonderful. He is honest and will take care of a whole new roof (if needed) as well as the smaller jobs. He is very prompt at giving a bid and at scheduling and completing each job. I'm a realtor and he is my go-to roofer as he always come through when we need him - with a quality job and a great price. After having Allstate tell me I didn’t have damage I called Invision roofing for an estimate. They said in facet that I do have storm damage. Invision Roofing got me a re inspection scheduled. Met with my adjuster. Got my entire roof approved and paid for by Allstate. Being a single mother was such a relief to get a brand new roof and only cost my deductible vs the thousands it would have cost. Roof was scheduled and installed in only one day. Clean up was immaculate. Thank you so much Invision Roofing!!!

Stellar roofing! Invision Roofing provided the most painless service! Full replacement efficiently coordinated with Solar company for removal of panels before roof work. Most appreciated Cal's consultation prior to signing contract. Enlightened on options and coordination with insurance. All I had to do was get insurance to inspect and estimate job. Invision took care of the rest! Work crew diligent, protective of plants, etc. on the perimeter of my house and totally professional. Cleanup was spotless. Entire job completed in 1 day (neighbors with smaller houses had roof work spread out over many days including dumpster in their front yard for several days) One minor glitch (small section of drip edge overlooked) and Matt was out the next day to correct and inspect the whole job. Invision even sent in the final invoice to insurance before I could and I got immediate notification of reimbursement for depreciation value. Though crew only spoke Spanish, crew chief was in telecon with foreman with whom I could ask my questions and get answers. Not ideal but satisfactory. You cannot go wrong when dealing with Invision Roofing.

I highly recommend Invision Roofing. We recently received an insurance claim for hail damage that occurred last spring, but it was not enough to pay for the cost of the roofing job. After talking with Matt of IR, we learned that they could work with our insurance company to negotiate additional funding beyond the original claim. They succeeded, and we were able to re-roof our house with no out of pocket expenses! The guys did a great job, and worked very hard to clean up after the work was done. The roof comes with a five year no leak warranty. So, yes, I would use them again and would recommend their services.

We are extremely impressed with Invision Roofing for the quality and efficient roofing job. Matt took the time to answer my questions during the estimate process and answered my questions within minutes of texting him during the delivery of shingles, work, and even responded quickly after the work was completed and paid. This is the fastest service I have received living here in San Antonio over 10 years. His roofing crew even made contact and discussed the approach. I should not call them crew. They were a team! Constant communication throughout the roofing job. Each person new what needed to be done and executed superbly. My brother who was a roofer back in the day checked on the team a few times and was very impressed and he is critical about today’s work ethics. My neighbor across the street even had very positive things to say about the roofing team in how well they worked together and how nice the job looked. This was no small job. These guys in one day installed ~ 49-52 squares on a 7 pitch roof. This was a 12 hour effort and these guys did not slow down except for lunch and then they alternated. Matt and his team delivered exceptional service and quality workmanship. The professionalism, workmanship and value for the money was awesome! Thank you so very much!

The entire process from start to finish was hasslefree. Minor delays because of back order of shingles (color had to be ordered) and weather (out of everyone's control). Team worked efficiently and quickly to complete project; were in an out in less than two days. Over experience went better than expected. Would use Invision again and highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I would not recommend or refer Invision to anyone I liked or know. Several RED FLAGS were immediately waving when the 13 to 15 year old Invision Roof Representative showed up. The kid looked at the roof for approximately 20-30 seconds, then wanted to know about insurance, I told him I was paying cash, insurance was not involved. He told me he would give me a quote in two hours. I have been eagerly waiting to see a quote for a job by someone who took no measurements or specifications. I was quickly told by a representative for consumer protection that it is very difficult to maximize price inflating during large natural disaster for Roofing companies such as Invision when they are told it is cash not insurance. These folks are obviously on the prowl looking for windfall opportunities.....becareful roofing companies like Invision are a dime a dozen right now.

They repaired my roof due to hail damange in 2016 and I have repeateadly tried to get them to come out and repair the ridge vent system repairs and turbines without any success. I finally had to get another company to come out to repair Invision roofing's roof. Invision roofing cut corners, used inferior material and now, I am having to pay another company to fix this roof that Invision roofing refused to fix. I wil never do business with them again.

I wish I had good things to say about this company but I don't!! We had a bad baseball hail here in Odessa Tx. June 14. I called this company and requested a quote/estimate or what ever its called .. to see how much they were going to charger me for my repairs. They sent a guy named John Dietrich. This man was nice and said that he would email me and my insurance in two days. I called John yesterday and he said that he would email it to me that same day, he never did. So i called im 3 times today 06/30/2017 he wont answer. So I called the main office left a message saying; If john doesn't call me back today with what I need I will no longer need his business and some guy called me back within minutes. Well the guy... I didn't get his name....asked me: did John not tell you how this works and I said yes he did that's why I am calling you because he has not gotten back to me that is why I am calling you. This guy was very rude and that would come by my house tomorrow and look at my insurance papers and see how much i was getting and to see what the insurance was paying and I said no. I talked to John about this all I want is the estimate/quote and I will decide which company will do the job for me, I need to know what you are charging me.. I have that right to know. He responded with it might be $500 it might be nothing.. I like okay dude, what is going on here? He said okay its going to be $10,000.00 thats what I'm charging you. Never did he asked me for my full name r my address .. I dont even know if he could bring uo my info with my phone# Soooo... I just laughed and said okay then, I don't need your business thank you!

We had wind damage and Matt and his crew replaced our entire roof in one day with a better grade of shingles. Communication with Matt and the crew was great, the replacement was performed on schedule and the grounds left clean.

Unethical, illegal marketing! I will NEVER deal with a company that breaks the law continually by making unsolicited marketing calls to a number on the Federal No Call List just because that area had hail. It is REQUIRED by law to check that list BEFORE making these calls & I have received 3 from this company 4/22,4/24 & again 4/27. I advised the company on 4/22 they are making illegal calls- no reply from company yet.
