I recently hired IRC Roofing to repair a roof vent that needed to be replaced. Water damage had seeped through the wall, which required the repair. The response from Ivan was immediately. I called them and set up an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. He was punctual to our appointment, inspected the damage and immediately was able to provide me an estimate within the hour. Same day service was available, and his crew came out later in the day to replace the roof vent. His crew estimated the damage and quickly replaced it within less than 2 hours. I highly recommend IRC Roofing for all your repair needs. Dependable, excellent response time, reasonable in price and most of all, professional. I had a very good experience with IRC roofing for my roof replacement after the hail damage. They took care of everything from the roof inspection, working with the homeowner insurance, and final report. I just paid for my part. They were on time and worked very fast. I was so happy that I asked them to install gutters for my house as well.

***Excellent Work & Customer Service***I was thoroughly impressed with every part of my experience working with IRC Roofing & Construction. I first left a message on IRC's website asking for a quote to replace the fence on my property that was falling over and broken in many spots. Ivan texted me that same day to schedule the free quote for the job, which was very reasonable. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding and he took care of everything, including obtaining city permits and scheduling visits from various utility services to mark underground cables and pipes ensuring no lines would be damaged. His crew worked blazingly fast and did an amazing job with the fence and new gate. Ivan was on-site the day of the replacement as well as the following day to inspect the fence and make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend IRC Roofing & Construction to anyone!

His roofing crew did a 2200+ square foot house with a steep roof, lots of levels, angles, and valleys in one day. The cleanup was great. I called Ivan with IRC Roofing for a smaller job because my roof was leaking. I had seen his work truck on I-35 going to work. Everything about our experience with this company was amazing. Our roof suffered damage from a hailstorm last year, but it was not noticeable from ground level. After some neighbors told me about their damage I asked Ivan at IRC to check my roof. He found damage, and my insurance adjuster agreed with him. Ivan was very helpful in handling key interactions with my insurance company. He gave me a detailed estimate for both the work to repair the damage covered by insurance, as well as work to fix some gutter problems I had unrelated to the hail damage. Ivan was always available to answer my questions, and his people were professional, courteous, and hard-working. There were no surprises with the work; Ivan delivered what he said he would, on schedule and on budget. I am very pleased with the result, and I trust him. Throughout the whole roof replacement process, IRC was extremely thorough and professional. From having the roof inspected and getting the estimate in a timely matter, to the information given out explaining the whole replacement process. The crew was in a 8 am and fully completed by 5pm. Ivan did a walk threw the following day and sent the drone footage soon after. If you ever have to get your roof repaired or replaced do not hesitate to go with IRC, you will not be disappointed.
