Horrible service. I highly recommend taking your service else where. This "company" broke windows,left a mess after the job for me to clean, left a leak in our bathroom and horrible frame work and patching on our roof. They did not follow through with what was written in the contract and have consistently avoided phone calls and communication. They would not fulfill the warranty of damage they caused. I highly recommend hiring a reputable company with a proven track record rather than having your money taken.

Our realtor connected us with Robert Guerrero after we realized we'd need roof repairs on our new home. Robert was amazing - he went out to the house to give an estimate the very next day, and was able to give us two quotes: one for a total replacement and another for urgent repairs. Our roof sustained some damage from a round of storms with really high wind. I called Robert based on recommendations on our communities Facebook page. He came out the same day and gave me a quote. Did a good job explaining everything to me and showing me what my problem is were and how he would fix them. Came back the next day and did all the work. Pretty happy so far.

These people are extremely unprofessional. Not willing to honor their own warranty. Pretended to fix the roof just to get paid. When we called to set up a follow up appointment for the work done because the roof was still leaking after, Robert had literally argued with my husband. Then canceled multiple times after. Still haven't reached out to fix the work he had done. A complete utter scam.
