Ja-mar roofing did a great job on my roof. They took care of filing the claim with my insurance and ensuring the work to be done was covered. David the owner worked directly with me ensuring the roof, gutters, etc were finished. Their communication was excellent keeping me up to date on work progress. From the initial request for a quick assessment of roof and potential damage after a hail storm, Jake was extremely responsive and handled the potential issue like a true client advocate. He was extremely professional and thorough with his assessment (sharing pictures and videos of where the damage may have occurred). He made a special effort to make sure there would not be any additional leaks as we wait for the insurance adjuster to come do their assessment. This was very reassuring as we are expecting some more rain on Monday. Ja-mar roofing has been installing a completely new copper roof on my home in san antonio, texas. It needed to be replaced after 30 years of hail damage and wood rot. Installation is now finished and I could not be more pleased. The installers were polite, cleaned up each day and made a month long ordeal extremely easy and pleasant. Mainly the work is pure perfection. I have never seen such attention to detail. Took them 2 months and a lot of complaint calls after signing the second contract (a second contract that amended the first because they wanted to charge us 300 extra for something that was covered under the first contract and not fulfill the first contract) to get them out here. The actual roofers themselves are great. Super nice and respectful but the company? I wouldn't wish this frustration on anyone. Thanks for making a frustrating situation even worse!

Our roof incurred hail damage earlier this year. Robert Sparks, Project Manager for Ja-Mar Roofing and I spent over 10 weeks working with the insurance company to finally get our roof replaced. Robert visited our house no less than 5 times and was on our roof no less than 3 times documenting and validating the damage to the multitude of inspection contractors the insurance company came up with. We never had the same insurance inspector twice, always someone new. Robert stated from the very beginning our roof had significant hail damage and required replacement. Robert stood behind his damage assessment, sometimes having to show the insurance contractors how to inspect the roof. It was a long 10 weeks for Robert, my wife, and myself.
