Excellent customer service Jesse Jr and Adrian were very attentive and were able to open up a claim through our insurance and took care of everything. All we did was sit back and let them do their thing for us to get a brand new roof and only pay our deductible. We even got a free upgrade to 30 year shingle. I was the recipient of an unfortunate hail storm that damaged my roof and cars. A bunch of storm chasers canvassed my neighborhood and some nearby but I was always told to be weary of those people as sometimes they may not be reputable companies. I decided to ask friends and family on Facebook about roofing recommendations and people kept recommending Jesse Salazar Roofing to me. Me being skeptical as I always am reached out to those friends and asked if they had actually had work done by them on their own homes and they did. Some had used them for their hail damage and others used them when it was time to update their roof. Feeling confident from the recommendations I decided to hire them for my hail damage but was scared due to what I kept hearing about insurance companies not wanting to cover claims or want to replace only certain shingles even though there was damage to the entirety of the roof. Well to my surprise Jesse Salazar Roofing actually came and went up with the roof inspector my insurance sent so they could A. Make sure the inspector didn’t miss anything and B. Be there to negotiate and fight asking for full roof replacement since the damage was extensive. I was thankful I hired them because after them being up there together and discussing things my insurance adjuster came down and said they would be replacing the entire roof for me. Once the insurance paid out Jesse Salazar Roofing started promptly and finished before I could blink an eye. They were great and I’m glad I paid for the extra upgraded roof that my insurance didn’t want to cover I paid extra to upgrade to even stronger roof tiles which look better and last longer. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and quick turnaround time. I highly recommend them and If youve read this far in my review I’m sure now you understand why they’re great and you should hire them but also why I took the time to write this all out. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and I’m thankful for their service and that there is still great, and honest small businesses that still exist in this day and age.

I couldn't ask for a better Roofing Company. They worked with my insurance company throughout the entire claims process. They worked with my Solar Panel Company for removal and reinstallation of my panels. Their entire crew was professional, skilled and quickly removed and expertly replaced my roof in one day. They did an excellent job with area cleanup and I'm very happy with their work. They help to make this whole process trouble free.

I want to tell you that doing business with Jesse Salazar Roofing and his long time employee of almost two decades Frank was an absolute pleasure all the way through. I met with both Frank and Jesse after being referred by a trusted neighbor and I knew immediately I was in good hands when Frank met my USAA insurance adjusters and diagnosed the damage, and both USAA adjusters spent an hour or so on my roof and came back with exactly what Frank had observed. Both Frank and Jesse were in communication with me throughout the job, advising me and keeping me abreast, and they put the most beautiful metal on my home. They went beyond the call of duty in finding qualified subcontractors to remove and put back on my solar panels, and Frank even had them come back and clean dust the panels once re-installed that had accumulated while they were off the roof and the roof was being put on.
