HOLE IN MY ROOF!! Klien Roofing replaced my entire roof but did not seal the flange area correctly. my roof started to leak and they came out to calk it but should have removed the shingles and repaired correctly. they put a bandaid instead of fixing the problem. I had to hire another professional to fix their work. The hole in my roof was a bad experience. Roofing companies love going after the insurance company while also taking advantage of the novice customers.Please shop 3 roofing companies before filing any claim and choosing a company. Never go with the first one that knocks on your door or has trucks wrapped in advertisement.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

Outstanding work by Anthony Jalowiec and the crew of six excellent roofers that were detailed to do this complex job replacing a 44 year old roof composed of asphalt shingles over cedar shake shingles laid on top of rafters, no barrier decking existed on the old roof.The work was extensive but done in a professional manner with detailed decking, framing, flashing and other items that provided the protection and appearance required for a complete project of this type.As the owner, I am totally satisfied with the performance of the entire crew, their attention to detail, their attention to protecting the grounds and surrounding area, the neighbors grounds, and total cleanup during and after the job.It was a job that they completed in 1-1/2 days, approximately, and the jobsite upon completion looked as though no one was ever there.

My project manager, Diego, was punctual and very efficient. The day the project started, the crew was here early and stayed busy. The only time they took a break was when they had to wait on the county inspector to come and approve the job. They run the roller magnet trough the yard and the entire house to pick up nails. The finished job looks beyond amazing, I’m just happy.

Generally speaking, they were good to work with. That said, the one negative that is causing a 3 star review - they did not appropriately clean up our cul-de-sac, roofing nails were found in several places, including the tires of both of my vehicles. They refused to pay for our replacements. Was disappointed with the “after customer experience” - they are good to you with an active contract, after that, game over. If you work with them, just make sure they are using magnets and appropriately clean their job sites.
