Monterrey Restoration did an excellent job with my roof replacement! The previous company that did my roof didn't follow code, leaving me with a rotting roof. Monterrey Restoration was able to work with my insurance to get my claim approved, even after being previously denied, and brought me up to code using top of the line materials, at a very reasonable cost. The workers were very courteous, hard working, and thorough with everything, including the clean up. And best of all, they were able to knock it out in one day! I highly recommend!

Monterrey roofing did an outstanding job on my homes roof. Their team of professionals came to my home to assess the damage and worked side by side with our insurance professionals. The crew was meticulous in their approach of taking the damage roof off and replaced it with high quality shingles. They work quickly but meticulously and made sure to clean up all nails and tacks before they left. It is without hesitation that I fully recommend Monterry Restoration and commend their team. Monterrey Restoration installed a new roof for us. They were able to work with our insurance company and get it covered, whereas other companies were not. Also, they were very timely with response time concerning my questions and with completing the job. We worked with both Ricardo and Nathan who were both courteous and professional. Following the May 2020 hailstorm, we decided to have Monterrey Restoration act as the general contractor for all of the repairs which included replacing the roof and gutters, repairing exterior damage to stucco, paint, and awnings, repairing interior damage (water leak), restaining the wood fence, and replacing an A/C unit. We are extremely happy with the way they executed all of the separate tasks and the project overall.Monterrey communicated with us very well. There was always clarity about what they were going to do, when, who was going to pay for it, and how it was going to be done.Monterrey took over communicating the scope of the repair work to our insurance company and they were diligent in justifying the scope through their documentation so that we received a maximum reimbursement.Monterrey ensured that the tasks were done well by having supervisors on site (for the big jobs like the roof) or checking on the work when it was finished. In the one case where there was a problem with workmanship, they responded quickly and had it fixed.Monterrey was able to complete the work promptly. I think our roof was finished 3-4 weeks before many of our neighbors.Monterrey is good people from the project manager to office staff to supervisors to the owner. All of them were responsive to our project’s needs while maintaining quality of work and schedule.We had a very good experience and we recommend Monterey Restoration for this kind of work.Services: Paint indoors, Exterior painting, Drywall repair

I first met Ricardo and his team in 2018 when they replaced our roof. We filed an insurance claim after high winds came through our area and caused significant roof damage to several homes in our neighborhood. I had never filed an insurance claim before and was unsure about the process. Thank goodness for Ricardo and his knowledge/experience working with insurances companies because he walked us through the whole thing. Not only was the customer service awesome, but so was the work. Our roof turned out great and we couldn’t be more pleased! Fast forward to 2020, and Ricardo was at the top of our list when we needed our floors replaced. Just like in 2018, the customer service was top notch and our floors never looked better. Ricardo is an excellent communicator and that is very important to me. He was in constant contact with me through the duration of both of our projects, which made my experiences with Monterrey Restoration a good one. I highly recommend.

The company is very professional and ethical owner Ricardo did an amazing job replacing my roof and finished it in one day. His company also picked up every nail and piece of wood they dropped on the floor and picked up every small piece and even found Nails I have left on the grass myself when working outside they picked up after themselves and did a good job will definitely hire for my second project for a roof addition later in the year.

They were very instrumental in getting insurance to pay for a new roof. They came out and met with the insurance adjuster and wouldn't take no for answer. Argued on or behalf and took care of everything and started working on the roof day after we got insurance check.
