I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish with Neri Roofing. Just recently I filed a claim due to inside water damage and I was afraid of mold so urgency was very important. Neri Roofing did the job and was very professional from communication All the way up to the after clean up, plus he also took care of the solar panels being removed and put back on! I am a busy work from home mom so this experience was just a smooth process for me. Not to mention my roof looks awesome!

I had Neri roof strip down and re shingle my home in 2021. They not only took care of the shingles, but also repaired all of the areas that had water damage due to a previous roofing company's hack job. We are no into 2023, and have been through multiple downpour's with out a single leak. When I first meet with my estimator, he gave me a price, well below what others had quoted me and that is the price I paid for the roof replacement. In addition I was very skeptical when I was told it would be completed in 1 day, but the Neri crew striped the old shingles, performed repairs on the sheeting, and facia boards where need all in a single 13 hour marathon work session. After a bad wind storm with rain, I noticed several leaks on my ceiling. I contacted Jose of Neri Roofing who on the next day gave me an inspection and notified me of the issues. I was throughly explained of the needed repairs and the layout of the needed materials and told the process for the repairs. The date for the repairs was set and his crew arrived on time and work was done and completed that day and in fast time. Everything came out great!! Very professional service and honest work. We called Mr. Neri on a Wednesday and by that Saturday he gave us a quote we could not beat. He even encouraged us to get other quotes to ensure that we get the price for our needs. Best Kept Secret in the roofing business. My parents who used Nero roofing for their newest house highly recommended them. We bought a new house and the first day of being home owners had hail damage. It was pretty awful. Thankfully Nero roofing came in and saved the day. Honest people. Reliable. And best of all they do awesome work (which they guarantee!!!) They use the same people for every roof so you know they deliver consistent results. My neighbor who replaced their roof at the same time by another company is already having problems (rat got under there new roof and into the walls). I feel bad that they didn’t use Neri roofing. As a doctor, I try to treat all of my patients like family and want them to know they can have full trust in me to be honest with them. Had this feeling with Neri roofing. Nero roofing was recommended to me by a realtor following an inspectors report. Jose was quick to respond to the request to address the points made by the inspector. He conducted a full audit of the roof paying close attention to the points of concern and quickly addressed those concerns pointing out what should be done and what could be handled at the natural expiration of the current roof. His report was easy to understand and comprehensive enough to determine what had to be done before the sale and what wasn’t necessary to do until the entire roof was to be replaced. After a few hours, I had to call and it was rescheduled for the following day, but again no one showed and no one has called, even after I left a second message asking about the appointment.
