Exceeded expectations - we are super happy with Erik, Matt and the One-Ply team who reroofed our home today. Every one of the crew was efficient and meticulous in their work, and polite and respectful in their demeanor. We have a huge and complex roof, so they arrived early and worked hard to finish the job late in the day - and still cleaned under and behind hedges to ensure all nails and debris were removed. They take pride in their work and it shows - they’re not just workmen, but artisans and craftsmen.

We had major hailstorm in our area. Rudy was very prompt and understanding to our situation and ensured we, as the customer, were taken care of in a timely manner. He took the time to come to our home and inspect the damage and answered all questions. Not once did he leave us answered. He also kept us up to date with the progress with our roof as they were working on it which is very much appreciated. The customer service skills him and his team have are admirable. We've been at our location for almost 50 years so we have dealt with our fair share of roofing situations and repairs. Plus dealing with the insurance companies can be a down right terrible experience. One Ply did a wonderful job not only on the quality of our upgraded roof, but dealing with pretty extensive insurance push back. Rick and his company were professional and knowledgeable through the process and stood by their word throughout. Great group. You won't regret it!

One Ply Roofing re-roofed our commercial building in Kerrville in July 2023. It is a very old flat-roofed building and presented more problems than they bargained for at the beginning. The "scope of work" in their proposal set out the work to be done along with the warranties. This is helpful and eliminates surprises. During the process they will text many pictures - including drone video - to keep you updated daily. They are very tidy in their work and a tenant remarked how efficient they seemed and how they appreciated no mess in the parking lot over the 5-6 days of the job. Rudy Cepeda is a good communicator and will make you laugh as he updates the progress. Overall this is why we have always considered them when we've had roof issues or questions on any of our properties. Rick Cardenas helped me file my insurance claim for a new roof, and then when it was denied, summitted the documentation for the appeal. The insurance company accepted the appeal and approved a new roof. The work was quick and professional and looks great. Rick was in constant communication and helped navigate fighting with the insurance to cover the claim.

Worked with Oscar Luna. He spoke with the insurance company after I was denied and was able to get me a new roof. They showed up on time and did a great job with everything and cleaned up on June 19th hopefully the employees got paid a bit extra when working on a federal holiday. Oscar was extremely responsive and worked with me when I was able to get him the insurance money. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof done in San Antonio. During a hail storm in May 2022, the shingles on my house sustained significant damage. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and they refused to pay for the roof replacement. It put me in a difficult situation because I did not have the funds to replace the roof.Approximately two months later, I had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Matthew Mounce, who works for the One Ply Roofing Company. He had stopped at my house offering roof repair and replacement services. Matthew was professional, easygoing, and offered to help with my situation. Matthew said he would assist with the claim and be present when the adjuster inspected the roof.Matthew met with the adjuster, inspected the roof, and the adjuster approved the replacement. Matthew’s crew removed the damaged roof, replaced it, and cleaned the work area. They completed this in half a day. I was very impressed with their work, and I have not had any issues with my roof.I highly recommend Matthew and One Ply Roofing. Had a hail storm come through recently that finished off our roof and our neighborhood was flooded with sales people trying to get roofing work. Was a little worried about how to handle it getting it replaced and the ins and outs of everything but Richard through One Ply Roofing made everything smooth. Several people from other companies approached me about getting it replaced but I didn’t feel comfortable and just thought they were putting sales pitches before me. Richard is awesome very personable and you just get a great sense that you’re in good hands and above all is there to help. From the time of talking to Richard and having an adjuster come to the house it took one whole week to have a new roof on our house. The install team came out with about 7 workers and replaced our roof in half a day. If I need roofing done in the future I know where to go. After a hail storm came through and destroyed our roof we were at a stand still with our insurance carrier. Our insurance only wanted to pay for a minor repair.Once we signed on with Rick Cardenas and One Ply Roofing, Rick was able to show our insurance all the damage and convinced them to pay for a full replacement. 100,000 square feet is no small project. But One Ply did it in a timely manner with the upmost professionalism. Which was a blessing in itself, but One Ply went above and beyond, they gave us an upgraded roof system, a TPO retrofit. This system allowed us to continue working in the warehouse without interruptions and came with a 20 year NDL warranty.
