They did roof repairs years ago and he was so honest about my roof not needing to be replaced at that point. They were fast and curteous and the price was unbeatable. Excellent service and experience! My roof was damaged by storm in 2023. Paru construction was referred to me by a friend. JJ was incredible explaining the complete process in detail! He addressed all my questions and concerns. He and his crew were so professional in overall processes and finished replacing my roof within 2 days. Cleaned the yard and driveway throughly. JJ provided lots of very considerate communication throughout the process. He also provided any additional helps as needed. For ALL your roofing and home renovation projects, look no further than PaRu! Paul Espinosa was professional and thoroughly explained the process of removing and replacing the roof. He provided a step-by-step process and answered all questions. A date was scheduled and time for JJ Muniz and his crew to come in. The old roof was removed and replaced exactly how Paul explained the process and JJ and his crew did the job and cleanup in record time.After the roof, we went with PaRu for a second project of replacing old siding with Hardie siding and painting exterior of home. Once again, Paul Espinosa, JJ Muniz and his crew did not disappoint!For an exceptional company, we highly recommend PaRu Roofing & Construction and its honest, trustworthy and hardworking people.

I needed a new roof after the storm (Hail damage), Paul came and inspected the roof, gave me his recommendations, was patient as I waited on my insurance claim and on the day of service JJ and his crew showed up early, replaced the roof, did the clean-up all in one day! JJ was great! He paid attention to details and really did a fantastic job with the roof and cleanup. What a great company to work with! Only good thing this company has is their sales man Matthew, came out was very professional and sold us other then that all around awful job.left my grandparents roof leaking and did a terrible job on fascia even after having to wait for them 2 months.once we started having problems they would stop responding and didn’t wnat to complete the work that was suppose to be taken care of, we had to buy the material as well for them to come out to do it, left the fascia about an inch over the roof line and broke shingles while doing it.they put a thin sheet of plywood over existing plywood instead of replacing it. Left a few nails half way popped out and also didn’t even put any sealant on our roof vents, wouldn’t recommend very unprofessional

Mr Paul Espinoza was very professional and thorough with his initial consultation. JJ Muñiz and his crew were at my home bright and early and wasted no time getting started. They were very respectful of my home while working on my roof. They replaced my entire roof and skylight in just one day. They cleaned up all the mess and did their their very best to pick up and dispose of all the nails that had fallen on the ground. My roof was damaged by hail on April 28, 2023. With the insurance company’s approval of my claim, the first thing I needed to do was to find a reliable roofer. I was cheated by a contractor several years ago, who asked for material fee of $3000+ before starting his job, then disappeared. Since then I have hesitated to trust any business, and always feel it the most difficult thing to find a good service.I heard about PaRu roofing in a Handyman group. A member mentioned that she had done a roofer screening and chose this company based on price and customer reviews. I decided to give it a try. The first thing impressed me was the quote document I received. It was clear, detailed, and thorough. Paul, the owner of the company, was easy to deal with. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience. His roofing crew consists of certified installers. They are skillful and hard-working. JJ, the project manager, checked that all my concerns got addressed at the end of the day. He even magnet swept my driveway a second time to make sure nothing sharp left there. The finished new roof was beautiful, presenting itself as a good demo in my neighborhood. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs roof service. After a hail storm in May of 2023, Paul from PaRu Roofing & Construction inspected our roof for damage. We only needed to replace the worn hip and ridge shingles. They did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of PaRu. Paul and Ruben were very good to work with and handled our repairs expeditiously. The price was competitive. Although we were pleased with PaRu's work one area of improvement is the quality and composition of their subcontractors. We felt that some of the subs were below standard for their craft (debris, paint splatters, youth). Phase 1: The owners have been outstanding, to say the least. Paul has had a plumber to my home to work on things and I have not even signed a contract yet. They’re doing my roof next - I knew these guys were professionals from the moment I met him (and his partner). I highly recommend them and will provide another review once the roof is replace and water damage is remedied. Phase2: Their crew came in and had my huge roof done in less than two days!!! Job site was kept clean during and after each day... totally professional and considerate of neatness and quality work - gutters are next - then interior water damage repairs... will report back when done. So far, these guys are LEGIT!!

I had hail damage and tiles that came off my roof. We had more rain coming and Paul had his guys come out and put a tarp on my house to protect it from the elements. I had a good clear understanding of the process thanks to Paul and Ruben. They got my roof done quickly and it looks fantastic. After the hail storm a few years ago there were roofers EVERYWHERE! Our insurance adjuster recommended Paul to us. He was honest, professional, and informative. Our neighbors had two or three roofers taking days to finish their jobs. Paul came in with a dozen men and finished our roof before the day was out!
