If you want honest advice, dependable, trained, and experienced roofing professionals who deliver superior customer service and support, I highly recommend Alex with PBR Roofing & Construction.Alex went by my parents’ house to inspect the roof as there was damage from years of wear and the roof was leaking. He was incredibly professional and super kind to us, answering all of our questions. I was extremely impressed and thankful for his patience towards my parents.He showed us pictures of the roof and explained the problem areas that were damaged. He also walked us through, in great detail, the next steps to help get the roof fixed including how to approach the insurance company. I especially appreciated this since we’ve never dealt with this type of situation and I’ll be helping my parents through this process.Alex even went above and beyond by showing us the part of the gutters that were causing damage to the roof and could potentially cause future leaks.I’m awfully thankful for all the help that Alex provided.
