I am very happy with the service I received from Premier Roofing. They installed a new metal roof on my house in San Antonio and it looks amazing. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the job in the time frame they quoted and cleaned up very nice during and after the project was completed. They listened to my own personal requests and needs and personalized it to fit what I was looking for! Making you feel like you are getting a tailor made quality job. I had to pay to replace my roof so I got 3 estimates. Premier roofing was the lowest estimate as they stated I only needed 26 squares. The other 2 estimates said I needed 36 squares. Sure enough there were 2 bundles left over when the beautiful roof was installed. Thaddeus was wonderful and HONEST. I will always get an estimate from Premier Roofing before replacing a roof. He also worked me in before I left town. Excellent company.

I was extremely impressed with his communication. He did a detailed inspection of my roof with reasonable a reasonable estimate. Explained everything single detail precisely in detail. He’s definitely trust worthy. I strongly suggest that San Antonio use small family business like Premier Roofing. Very responsible. I’m definitely using him again. He’s a straight shooter and takes his business very serious, professional. He does commercial and residential roofing. I highly recommend that San Antonio use a roofer like Edgar. I spoke with a dozen companies to get quotes and only half ended up giving quotes. Premier came out on top. Important factors for me were: 20+ years in business, number of reviews, quality of reviews, quality of work, and price. Premier is one of the few I spoke to who paints the vents and pipes to match the shingles.It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasn't delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me.

If I can't even get a call back how am I supposed to trust them.Spam callers don't leave actual voice messages. I called 3 times and waited 2 weeks for a response and finally got a twisted one by leaving this review.

After a storm many years ago that left substantial damage to our roof Jeff and his team came in and gave us a fair quote for the repair that was subsequently completed on time with every effort taken to make the roof more “storm ready”. They have come back for inspections and touched up some areas when needed and are always punctual, friendly, honest and fair. Hard to get solid, dependable and fair contractors of any kind but I love never having to search for roofing contractor again. Jeff Ogle Has replaced my roof and several of my friends roof after a first big hail storm here in Central Texas several years ago. We were all thoroughly impressed with his professionalism And quality workmanship. Recently we had another large hail storm that struck our area and Jeff, with Premier Roofing, was quick to respond to our request. He obsessed several of my family and friends roofs and is slotted to replace those that require that amount of work. Fortunately my roof that he previously installed stood up well to the hail storm and I did not require a new replacement this time. He is on my speed dial in the event we have another bad hail storm. My parents used Premier Roofing for 3 new roofs and I certainly now know why! 8 man crew showed up on time, worked very efficiently and completed the tear down, and had the new roof in roughly 9 hours! I was really impressed with how his crew really took the time to pick up and clean every side of my home! They left it the same way it was when they arrived.
