Brandon was great managing my roof project. Free roof inspection after a hail storm, got the insurance claim started on my behalf, met with the insurance adjuster, communicated clearly about the job milestones. Workers arrived and finished on time, did good work, and cleaned up nicely. The whole thing was a smooth experience and the new roof looks great. Would highly recommend.

It's very easy to see why this company gets such high reviews. The customer experience is top tier. I lined up several contractors before signing on with Jake Gardner and his team and it was immediately obvious the level of difference in terms of service.Jake would respond to emails and texts rapidly, with detailed information, all the while never being pushy or demanding. His guys came out and knocked out the whole roof in half a day and did superb work.What's nuts is they weren't even very expensive. Save yourself the headache and go with these guys, they're best in class.

We had MANY reps come by to try to inspect our roof/sell us a new one, but we went with Premier because of their reps that made us feel comfortable and the positive reviews online. The whole process was seamless: they contacted our insurance company and handled that aspect completely, they made the color/materials selection easy, kept in constant communication, etc. Our roofers started the job at 7 AM and were finished by 3 pm the same day! We recently had a hail storm that damaged our shingles. Cal and Jake came out and conducted a free inspection of our roof, and they helped us file a claim with our insurance company. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Our insurance only paid to replace with the same low quality builder grade shingles, but Premier gave us a free upgrade to architectural shingles. The whole process, from the initial inspection to the completion of the roof, was smooth and fast. Cal and Dom made the re-roofing process as easy as possible through my insurance company. The first go around, the insurance company had denied my claim claiming I didn't have sufficient damage. However, Cal and Dom fought for me to get it paid for. They set up a re-inspection and got it approved when a new adjuster came out. They had managed to get other collateral damage approved in my claim including gutters, the shed, my entire garage door, and window screens. The crews were professional, fast, and provided quality workmanship. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and got it all done in one day! They upgraded my shingles to a 30 year laminate from a 20 year 3-tab with no additional out of pocket cost. I would recommend Premier to my friends, family members, and anybody looking to get their roof done. These guys are professionals, very punctual, and know exactly how to work with insurance.
