I would not recommend this company. They took 4 days to complete an 8 foot section of fence. They had one guy who was here until 9 at night using his phone light as a flashlight. I felt bad for this worker. Two people should have been sent for this work. They also left a Ton of debris on the side of our house. We had to call them to come clean it up. They did try to blame the fence team but as a customer all responsibility is on presidio. Presidio is responsible and should not try to pass the blame. They were demanding a partial payment when the roof was complete even though the fence repair had not even started and was part of the contract. The contract clearly stated 48 hours after completion of work for final 50% payment. There was no delineation for roof versus fence in contract as far as separate payments.In response to Owner Response:I never asked a worker to stay past dark. I don't manage the people who you sub and would never expect a worker to be at my home at 9 at night. I understand you focus on Roofing but if you can't do additional work you should not try to earn my business by saying that you can. I did not try to find a fence "sub" because I didn't know that I needed to. Again you said you could do the fence and roof to earn my business. I am not privy to what you can and can't do in your scope of work. You did come out to cleanup the debris left from your roof team but this was the next day. Also, it has been over a week and I still have not received the warranty information that I was told I would receive once final payment was made.

Foreman Jacob was very professional, courteous and provided excellent customer service. The crew replaced the roof in 1 day. They protected my yard and everything on my property and cleaned up afterwards. They scanned the driveway with a magnet to make sure there were no nails left behind. Jacob provided continuous follow up and even show up after completion to do an inspection and tell me about the warranty. Good fortune turned bad when water damage was discovered. The tech showed up to repair the damage but made an excuse about not having the right person available to paint, then sat in front of my yard chatting with co-workers for about an hour when no work was completed. The never returned to do the repair. Sorry fellow Veteran's I cant say that I would recommend Presidio Roofing at this time.Service: Roof installation

I’ve used Presidio many times over the past 4 yrs. I dealt directly with Jacob and his team. They’ve fixed roofing, gutters, new window frames and siding along with painting. I first talked with Jacob 4 yrs ago. He was extremely helpful after hail damaged our roof and gutters. He was always available and we found him very honest and willing to work with us and our insurance carrier. He gave us nonsense quotes and was available for all my wife’s questions! When we agreed on price and materials, Jacob and his team came when they said they would and conducted themselves admirably. The job was done on time and cleanup made it look like they were never there! At the time of our roof install, his team discovered other issues that needed to addressed on our home. Again, I got honest quotes and workers that showed up and did highly professional work. I’ve referred Presidio to any of my friends needing roof repairs and home improvements.
