Derek Brown was amazing at making sure I was taken care of throughout the project! If there were any issues ( and there were very few), I could rely on Derek to take care of it. Everything went very smoothly, from inspection to scheduling to detaching and reattaching solar panels. They took care of everything! The salesman, Julian Coney came out as scheduled, was polite, and went over all aspects of the job.The roofing crew led by Rafael were neat, quick, and cleaned up very nicely. The roofing quality control was handled by Raul Gonzalez. Have been shopping the market for both a roofing estimate and gutter estimate. Mann Carter knew exactly where our roof stood, as far a life left, and some areas to keep an eye on. We plan to use Priorty Roofing when ready to replace and upgrade. Mann also gave us a very affordable estimate on gutters, beat out the other estimates gathered prior. We are excited for be moving forward with them, both knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews. I believe the last review I wrote was when I had neck surgery. That surgeon gave me back my life & I wanted the world to know.Today I want the world, or at least Texas, to know about our experience.I just need to express to the public just how wonderful my husbands & my experience with this company was.First, I was incredibly surprised that someone would be knocking at my door to discuss our roof. (?) Our roof was not high on our priority (no pun) list. However, this young lady at our door, named Belle, made it very easy to say yes. “Yes, please check our roof.”Belle did such a thorough inspection and even came back down with pictures of so much damage we had no clue even existed.
