Jesse was quick to respond. When he came out to my home he showed up when he said he would and he did exactly what he said he would do. Jesse is one of the most professional person I have ever met. It took them 1 day to do my home and left the place like if no one was even there. Jesse the next day to inspect the work done and found a minor issue that I would have never even noticed but had the guys come fix it the next day. I rarely give 5 stars but they did such a great job they deserve it.

First let me say that this is the first time I have ever done a review, but I felt very compelled to do this one. After a recent hailstorm damaged numerous homes in my neighborhood, there were numerous roofing companies that offered their services to us. Instead of signing a contract right away, we have been patiently waiting and watching the roofers in our neighborhood to see who the best was, and after months, we decided to contact Quick Roofing. Our experience working with Harlan H. with Quick Roofing was absolutely superb. He was very professional when he came out to give us an estimate. He answered my numerous questions and understood what we were looking for in replacing our roof and pointed out all of our available options so we could make an informed decision. He communicated with us promptly and answered and returned messages when we called.The professionalism, coordination, work ethic, and expeditious execution of the entire job by the roofing team was outstanding! At days end the property was extremely neat and clean and their final clean for the project was as though they were never there. I have already recommended them to some friends and neighbors. Great job!

What a wonderful experience that I had with these guys. Not only did they do great work on short notice for a client… but they went absolutely above and beyond to document those repairs properly so that the client can close on his first home. And they did it over a holiday weekend no less. The communication was top notch. Would highly recommend and they have now made it to the top of my shortlist when I need a roofer for future clients. Townsend Morrison and his crew did an exceptional and timely job on our roof recently. We had water intrusion seeping into our living room after a big rainstorm, and they helped coordinate with the insurance adjusters to get the situation resolved very quickly. My wife and I had a leak in our roof and had them come out to take a look at it and Townsend was able to stop the leak and then helped us with our insurance company to get the roof replaced. Although there was extreme heat the crew continued to work and managed to complete the work in 2 days. This included replacing the entire decking and installing new shingles as well. I was updated regularly by Matt Hamilton, the sales rep, and by Julio Nava, the on site project manager. And again, hats off to the hard working crew. Good work and now a great looking new roof.

We found out unexpectedly that there were major issues with our roof. We called for a quick inspection and they came out immediately! Because our roof required warranty work we weren't able to use them. But if we had had the opportunity to use them, we would have! Very professional and responsive!

Job was hail damage repair. After several tries they eventually did a good job. I suggest hiring window and rain gutter repairs on your own (not subcontracted by a roofing company. For roofing, they earned 4 stars. For other repairs, 2 stars. I averaged for 3.

Don't know the quality of work but I did see some very bad driving today.About 1700 on Saturday June 13th 2020 a male early thirties on hwy 281 south bound just passing the Quarry market area doing erratic driving including in and out of the brake down lane, speeding, slowing and sudden lane changes with out using a blinker.Finally passed the Male driver and he is clearly on his phone looking intently and typing.As I exited near the San Antonio Zoo area he was still stuck to his phone.Pull over pull over and finally pull the $$ck over.If this guy kills someone is 2nd degree or possibly 1st degree manslaughter.
