R3 Group replaced our roof in April and were prompt and worked with our insurance company. Mike was very helpful through the process. But, the installers damaged our Leaf Filter gutter covers and one area has a lifting shingle. Mike promised to have everything completed while they were in the neighborhood on another roof but that didn't happen. He also said he would provide a copy of the warranty which we haven't received either. I have requested these items no less than 9 times and have yet to have the issues resolved. I can't say I wouldn't use them again but I would make sure all issues are resolved before I pay them.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
