Jonathan Reynolds repaired and painted our wrought iron fence. He was friendly, timely, through and professional. We hired him again to build a fence around our pool equipment. Reyven Contracting remodeled a home for a dear friend of mine after some people that were renting it basically destroyed it. The renters didn’t report a roof leak nor a hot water heater that ruptured causing flooding of the home. Jon, Justin and their crew came in and did a complete remodel. This included new roofing, a complete redo of the interior, a kitchen relocation and more. Once Jon and Justin completed their work the house was better than new. Reyven Handyworks was referred to me by a friend. He was very quick in responding to my initial inquiry about getting some access points cut by a plumber repaired. He followed up throughout the entire repair process; even stopping by on his way out to another job to ensure everything was getting taken care and that I was satisfied with the work being done. I spoke to John, the owner, and he was really great! After talking to other contractors who were rude or impersonal, John really stood out. He was friendly, polite, professional and really knew what he was talking about... His turnaround on my estimate was very expedient. He's already won my business and I feel confident he'll do great work!

My overall experience with this company Reyven contracting was mediocre at best.What I liked was the owner and workers were all respectful and nice. Unfortunately that does not equal quality work!!!They took on a job of remodeling our primary bathroom. They were told we would be out of town frequently and for extended periods. We were taking care of a parent on hospice. They did the work with a few hiccups along the way. I understand unforeseen problems and am ok with that.The company guaranteed their work for 12 months. My return after loosing my mom to cancer took a toll on me and I was unable to deal with life in general for quite a few months and still struggle with everything that took place. When I finally did call to request fixes with their work, LOTS of little cosmetic problems which took at least 6 different visits from several of his workers. Some visits were to fix their attempted fix of a problem. The cosmetic problems were finally addressed but the main issue was the plumbing for the tub/shower. It was clear something had been done wrong because now we have a tub that looks ok but puts out a trickle of hot water. Every other faucet in our house if fine with decent water pressure for hot and cold. But now the tub takes 30 minutes to fill a luke warm bath or take a shower that is laughable as far a pressure goes.The first comment from the owner about the lack of pressure was an explanation about his plumber and his personnel problems and how his work had gone downhill lately and our job was either his last or close to it working for his company.It's clear that the quality of workmanship from this company is lacking and the price that was charged is way over the top! I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a contractor to look elsewhere for a quality job.Services: Tile work replacement, Remodeling, Plumbing fixture installation

Jonathan at Reyven came to our home to give us an estimate to power-wash and stain our back fence and pergola. He was on time and professional. I was given a detailed estimate that same day and was given many sample stains to choose from. They did a tester board to show the color, which was a life saver since the original color I chose was not what I wanted. The crew was able to make the change and proceed with quality work. They finished on time and even power-washed the concrete patio!! I will hire them again for additional projects. -NEJ

I couldn't be happier with the work Jonathan completed! He came out right away to give us a quote on our fence replacement... then he scheduled the repairs for only a few days out, and got it finished SO FAST!! I have friends who needed a fence at the same time... they are still chasing down their repair person! If you are looking for rapid response and more than you paid for... this is the company. AND it turns out they do A LOT more of the stuff I need around the house than I realized! I will definitely have more for them to do!!!
