We had some very strong winds last week that kicked some extra pieces of roof shingles off the roof. As I showed hubby the pieces of shingle your commercial was on the T.V. Anyways, I called set up a appointment. Y'all were so kind, polite, friendly set me up with a free inspection. Chris , Carly, Cole, Levi you guys were friendly, communicative and awesome. Levi & Cole were gentlemen when at my home. I appreciate the time you took to come out on a humid and wet day...to inspect and to make sure that our roof was still in good condition. Kirkland and Jacob came out to give us an estimate to replace our roof. They did an excellent job and were extremely thorough. I appreciate how detailed Kirkland was in his inspection of our 2 story house. They got on the roof and videotaped everything and explained what we were looking at in the video. Kirkland also looked in our attic as well. Once the inspection was completed they sat at the table with my wife and myself and made sure that we understood everything and answered any questions we had. I still have one more quote in the morning, because that’s just the way I operate, but Kirkland earned bonus points for himself and his company today. Excellent job. Thank you!

if I could give them more than five stars, I would. Every step of the way this was an exceptional experience from Kurt who came out and did the original assessment to all the people in the office, who made it very easy to go through everyone of the steps to Matt V. Who was the installation foreman keeping me apprised as every step was completed on the job. Did not really expect it to be good or easy, but it was, and I’ve had Previously Bad experience with other roofing companies. The work was meticulously done; the yard in the surrounding areas were inspected thoroughly and cleaned. I have a dog and so knowing that he’s safe going outside in the backyard and won’t pick up a nail or something means a lot. The little extras just were all there. thank you guys for everything.

Rhino Roofers are a top tier company in my view. We experienced hail storm damage in March 2023. Out of several roofing companies who bid, Rhino stood above. The consultant, Mike, visually inspected the damage and made video recordings which he shared. Some attributes that stand out to me is that the Roofing and Gutter crews are all Rhino Roofers employees! Kudos to Jordan, project manager, Luis, roofing crew leader, Abel, gutter team lead, Eric and Roel. Rhino Roofers communication system is timely, accurate and consistent. I found all the employees to be courteous, energetic, helpful, and respectful of my property. I was very impressed at the length they went to keep debris contained and the fact that they finished a large roof in one day. Michael Torres ,did a phenomenal job on our roof replacement consultation, providing a professional insight on what is recommend and any additional hicks ups that might happen during the renovation project. After a recent hailstorm, my insurance company came out and inspected my roof and said that there was not enough damage to warrant a replacement. Rhino Roofers happened to stop by a few days later and offered a free inspection. The sales person, Christian, took several pictures and disagree with my insurance companies findings. They provided me the necessary information needed to submit a reinspection request with my insurance company. Not only did they do that, but they showed up with the insurance inspector and walked over the damaged areas. With their help the inspector agreed with Rhino Roofers’ assessment that new roof was warranted. Rhino Roofers helped me throughout the entire claim process and we’re very patient with billing since the insurance company sent the repair amount to my mortgage company. Long story short, they were great to work with, provided a roof with better quality shingles, and installed missing drip edge within approved cost. I definitely recommend Rhino Roofers because of their professionalism, quality, and after sales support.

Met with Christian Lazarow today & wow! This meeting was far and away the best experience I’ve had getting roofing estimates. He took the time walking around my home explaining the process of getting a roof replaced. After writing his (3) estimates he explained in detail the differences in the types of roofing they offered. I’ve had estimates from other companies & they were in/out after 20 minutes. Christian was here over an hour & made sure he answered any questions I had. We have been with Rhino Roofers for about a year now. We first meet with Cole who was very thorough and detailed with his examination of our roof after a storm. With the storms that hit San Antonio this week we called Rhino Roofers again to have them inspect for damage. Christian came out to meet us and examined the roof. Christian was very friendly, professional and wow he really knew a lot about roofs. I am not a roofer but he explained everything to me in real life terms and it felt like a very free flowing conversation with an old friend. When it is time to replace the roof we know exactly who will be doing the work.
