We called another company 2 weeks prior to contacting Right Source Roofing & Construction. We were in a time crunch to get our home painted by the end of Thanksgiving week to have some carpentry work done. When last minute the other company ended up not being able to accommodate our timeline, in last minute panic, I spoke with Patrick. He came out early the following morning and provided an ACCURATE quote by that evening. The Right Source team not only did an amazing job, they worked through Thanksgiving to make sure they completed before our carpenter arrived. Although we didn't expect them to work through the holiday, we certainly were grateful they did. There were no surprises on cost. The quote was accurate, the quality of work was exceptional and the entire experience was stress free. Not only will we recommend Right Source Roofing & Construction to others, we will also be using their company to do some pretty significant home renovations this year when we add an in-ground pool with concrete deck & pavilion, an observation tower, and a front porch addition with concrete sidewalk & drive turnaround. We look forward to working with Patrick & his team for many years to come.

Edit: I once again want to share my EXCELLENT experience with Kevin on another home improvement project. Kevin and his crew turned our "mud pit" and eroding retaining wall on the side of our house into a beautiful concrete retaining wall and slab with sidewalk. I can now easily move and stash my dumpsters out of sight. He found ways to enhance the aesthetics by adding color while staying budget-conscious throughout the project. My favorite addition, however, is our new stamped concrete patio in the front of our house. He removed overgrown Jasmine and the existing sidewalk and replaced it with a beautiful stained stamped concrete patio - I can't tell you the number of neighbors who have complimented me on the work and have even asked for Kevin's info. I will eagerly continue to use Kevin and Right Source for upcoming home projects.Original: I've worked with Kevin on several projects for my home, starting with a roof replacement from the storms last summer. After making contact, he helped me identify other areas of my home that could benefit from repair in order to keep it protected. For example, he recommended painting the exterior to protect the boards that were beginning to show wear. Not only did this help the integrity of my house, but it also looks great! Since then Kevin has been my go-to person for other home projects including fence powerwashing/staining, gutter install, and a glass window replacement after it spontaneously shattered! He also has great contacts in the community for other services if you need them. Every time I interact with Kevin, I can tell his intentions are genuine in trying to protect my home investment, like he would care for his own. He's not just out for a sale and is always understanding of my budget. I have already recommended him to several neighbors and will continue to share my confidence in his work and that of Right Source. I have many projects lined up for the future and look forward to a continued relationship with this excellent company.

We contacted Right Source Construction after a close friend told me how happy he was with his new roof installed by Right Source. Alex came to our house and provided us with a detailed plan to replace our roof. He and the entire roofing crew did an amazing job. The foreman, Jose, made sure the job was done right. The crew took care when removing the old roof and cleaned up around the house at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the work and the outcome.

We've used Right Source for projects of our own (fence replacement) and insurance related (roof, gutter, more fence, exterior painting and staining).For all of their work, we were consistently impressed with the communication and quality of the work from our main contact (Kevin) and various crews doing the work.Right Source is also very good about helping you navigate the insurance process, including communicating with the insurance company.After recent hail storms, our entire block is using Right Source and I haven't heard a negative comment from anyone!

I found Right Source Roofing and construction through a friend of mine. From the very first meeting with Patrick Sawyer I knew this was the company I wanted to remodel my home. My house was flooded dew to my AC. I had been fighting with the insurance company for three months before I met Patrick. He took over as soon as I signed papers giving him control of this project. Patrick contacted the insurance company gave them all the information of the damage and cost of repairs and had it approved with in a few days. The damage to my home included flooring in master bedroom, laundry room, hallway, kitchen, and living room. All of the sheetrock in those rooms were completely ruined and had to be replaced. Subflooring in several rooms had to be replaced as well. So this was no minor flood in my home. It was a major disaster. Well let me tell you that when Patrick and his crews started it was amazing how fast everything went back together. In just a little over three weeks he had my house back together and let me tell you that it was just beautiful. The quality and workmanship was beyond good. It was amazing. So if you need a project big or small I would highly recommend Right Source Roofing and construction. I give these guys a full 5+.Rick B.

I read all the reviews and I have to agree with most of what was said. My project was completed on time and on budget. No surprises in the cost. Patrick's estimating skills are top notch. His Project Manager is one of the best I've ever worked with. The on site staff were professional and quite skilled. At the end of the project, I identified some minor issues which were taken care of literally the very next day.

Had water damage & was given a list of contractors by my insurance company. Read your reviews and decided to give your company a call. Alex came out on January 25th & seemed very helpful. He told me he would give me a break down of the work needed so I could do a little at a time. Two weeks later I emailed him & he told me he would work my estimates up that Friday. Never heard from him again. Sent him 3 more emails giving him tile selections as he requested to work up estimate and told him & wanted to start with sheet rock replacement. Never heard another word from him & now it has been a month. Guess my projects were too small for your company. I let my insurance company know what a disappointment it was !!!
