He was very detailed about why the roof was leaking, and explained thoroughly the process necessary to fix the problem. I had posted the below review a year ago and was happy with this company. However, the last time they were here, they broke off a piece of roof trim to do a color match for paint. I have been waiting months for them to come back to do the work. Now we realized there is a leak under where they broke the trim off and we have damage to the ceiling under it. And worst of all, it looks like this COMPANY IS OIT OF BUSINESS which means that clearly they are not going to take care of the damages resulting from what they did. SO FRUSTRATED!!’ The worker had assured me that breaking off that small piece of trim was not going to cause any problems.…….,,,,,,,,Old review:I am very happy with this company and definitely recommend using them. I have used them for two minor roofing repairs on our home. Both times they have been great to work with and were able to quickly schedule the repair. They were reasonably priced on our first repair. On the second repair, they came out to assess the problem and fixed it quickly, and then didn’t charge me for it because he said it was a simple fix!!! We had the same worker come for both repairs (Brett). He was very nice and helpful. It is hard to find a company that will respond quickly, do a good job, be reasonably priced, and pleasant to deal with, but this company meets all of those things.Service: Roof repair

Very happy with the outstanding service I received today from Mr. Jeremy Sanchez and his worker, Brett. I contacted Mr. Sanchez by text a couple of days ago to correctly position the vent pipe that leads from my water heater to my roof. Mr. Sanchez responded quickly and had his worker, Brett, reposition the vent pipe and make the necessary adjustments to the roof. The work was performed quickly and accurately by Brett who did an outstanding job. Needless to say, Mr. Jeremy Sanchez is a true professional who can be counted on to perform any necessary roof installation or repair in a timely manner. As most people do, I received multiple estimates for my roof replacement and while I dealt with a lot of nice people John Showman made me feel the most at ease. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and explanation of the process and I instantly felt that my home was going to be taken care of from start to finish. The crew showed up on-time and ready to work. They were professional and thorough in their work. Everything that was promised was delivered! I called Rio Blanco because of their five star reviews. I was not disappointed, I have never had any company do a job on my home with such excellence. Francisco found out where our problem was and went right to work repairing the damage, which turned out to be extensive. He fabricated a mental piece that was required for the chimney on premise so that it was custom fitted. Just an incredible job of craftmanship that you don't see anymore today. He found other areas that were in disrepair because of work done by another roofing company and fixed them at no additional charge! I will never use another roofing company, if you are looking for one you can stop now.Service: Roof repair

Our experience with this company was nothing short of fantastic. I knew from the first phone call that I was going to like this company. Josh was very nice, thorough and kept his promises. When they came to inspect the roof I was just expecting Josh to come out but was surprised to see Chuck, the owner of Rio Blanco. Chuck was so knowledgeable, very transparent and even threw in some upgrades "on the house". Some of the extras he added in were redoing the roof on our shed, upgrading the shingles to ATLAS brand (which are awesome and beautiful), and they put all new turbines and whatever other pipes come out of the roof AND spray painted them to match the roof.Needless to say, above and beyond our expectations.The day came for the installation and we were thrilled. We were told they would be there by 8am. but Chuck had already been by at 6:15am (like a ninja) to drop some supplies off. Then came back with his crew at 7:30 sharp! His crew was so nice, very polite and did the best job. I was a little nervous about all of the nails that could be hiding in the grass but the crew themselves did about 6 sweeps, Josh came out again later that evening to do a sweep and he also came back the next day to do yet another magnetic sweep. They cared as much as we cared and that's all you can really ask for in a company.We are really happy that we chose Rio Blanco to install our roof. I know we wouldn't be this thrilled about the results if we settled with another company. We highly recommend Rio Blanco for your roofing needs.Service: Roof installation

Luckily Jeremy and his team at Rio Blanco roofing were more than able to meet the standard of service and quality that even a male Karen like myself demands.When it came time for us to have our roof replaced, I spent several weeks researching as many companies as possible to ensure that we chose the best company to work with. Roofs aren’t cheap, and a lot can go wrong with the installation, so I wanted to make sure the company we chose had experience and integrity. After meeting with several contractors, I made the decision to go with Rio Blanco Roofing, and here’s why…1. From the first time I called, Jeremy was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each of them timely.2. Communication, communication, communication… I made several calls to Jeremy throughout my process of researching companies, and every time I called or text, I would get a prompt response. Every other company I quoted with took several days to respond to my inquiries.3. Jeremy took the time to explain the value of upgrading to an architectural shingle and the benefits of going with the Atlas pinnacle pristine shingle. I had a mountain of questions about shingles and the entire process, and Jeremy always took the time to answer each of my questions quickly and adequately.4. Jeremy recommended other products and services, and did so by explaining the value of the product, without attempting to push me into making a decision. I never felt pressured throughout the entire process. We ended up purchasing an Attic Breeze Solar fan, which is a top of the line product, and both the purchase price and installation cost were very fair. It is already really helping to keep our upstairs much cooler.5. Their lifetime warranty and labor promise is out of this world, and really helps to decrease the anxiety involved with making a major purchase.Even after the roof was complete, Jeremy came back a few times to ensure that everything was clean and all of the nails were picked up from my yard. Finding out I needed my roof redone was the last thing I needed to add to the list of my home repairs. Fortunately, Jeremy Sanchez, Branch Manager for Rio Blanco Roofing & Restoration made the entire process more of a relief than a hassle/disappointment of needing yet another home repair. I’ve dealt with various people in regards to my home repairs and Jeremy was by far the most genuine and empathetic individual - especially when it pertained to taking care of one of the most major necessities which is having a new roof that will protect all my valuables inside my home. Rio Blanco did a great job on our new roof. They finished in one day and cleaned up after they finished. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue with a torn window screen on the front of our home. Should not have been a big deal to replace, but it took almost 3 weeks to get a new one. We did have to ask several times and go over the person's head we had been working with all along. That was a shame. Up until then we had had such a good experience with this company. All in all, we still would recommend Rio Blanco. The roof is beautiful.

Chuck and john are awesome. Showed up on time and were super friendly and know what they are talking about. I had them at our shop to try and fix a leak we have had for a few years now and had a few different roofers try and fix issue and they found it right away and fixed on the spot. I cannot say thank you enough. They are so good i am even going to use them at my home for repairs as well and take advantage of the free home roof maintenance . You should definately use these guys for all your roofing needs

Hector was exceptional with his service in taking care of my roof. He explained everything from start to finish and was able to put me at ease with the whole project. Hector sent me before and after pictures and called and kept me abreast of what was happening everyday. I truly feel that Rio Blanco has a great person working for them. Christian came out to my property multiple times in multiple locations to do inspections for me. Even though we actually never got the work done due to some crazy circumstances, he always make sure we knew what was up and that we felt confident that we were making the right decisions. This is the first review I’ve ever written for anybody I never received work from but because he was so honest I know I’ll be using them next time. Roofing can be expensive so knowing that we have somebody that’s not gonna BS us was a huge advantage. I will be recommending them to any one who asks.

Wonderful experience! I received a top of the line roof and great customer service from this group. It was very easy to work with them. I am sometimes hard to catch due to my work schedule, but all I got was patience and helpfulness. I recommend without reservations. (I even have a neighbor who knows a lot more about underlayment for roofs than I do, who called me to say they put on a really good one!)

I have been working with Jeremy Sanchez at Rio Blanco Roofing & Restoration since November of last year on a wind storm roof claim with USAA. Because I am long distance, I found Jeremy through his high reviews on Yelp and I can certainly see why he came so highly recommended. We currently live in Phoenix but own a second home in San Antonio. After a hail/wind storm in the fall, our home showed signs of roof damage. I contacted Jeremy from Phoenix and he went over that day to determine the extents of damage done to our roof. First and Foremost, if you are looking for a beautiful new roof, look no further than Rio Blanco. Jeremy Ryan is very professional and knowledgable and kept up at ease during the whole roof replacement process with USAA. Jeremy took many hours out of his day to ensure every question was answered and made sure me and my wife we comfortable with our decision. The roof shingle that was selected (Copper Canyon) is top notch and took our home's look to another level. With the use of Jeremy Ryan Drone we were able to capture the damage the existing roof had and once the roof was replaced were were able to get great pictures of the new roof. I suspected I had a leak in the chimney when I noticed a water mark on the adjoining ceiling. I called Rio Blanco Roofing because of their excellent reviews and "Restoration" on their title. Chuck answered the phone and was very attentive to my concern. I had called other roofers and I guess the job was too small to respond to, but not Rio Blanco. Jeremy was here the next day to assess the chimney and took photos. He identified where the water might be coming in and quickly proceeded to seal them. He shared photos of that too. I can assure you that when I need a new roof Rio Blanco will be the one I'll call. I highly recommend them! There is simply no price for honesty and integrity. Christian made our roof replacement seamless and worry free! From the first time I spoke to Christian, I knew we were blessed and in good hands! Christian was very patient in explaining all of the details to us. He made us feel like if there were any problems with our insurance company, he was going to use all of his vast knowledge to persuade them towards our favor.Our home has become a rental property.
