My daughter and I were looking for a roofing company and ran across a near-by company, Rod Roofing. Gilbert and his crew provided excellent customer service in a very timely manner every step of the way, from explaining the process to all of our options. They were courteous and very considerate, as I was working that day while they roofed and they were even trying to be quiet while working. I appreciated that so much. I got 3 estimates from 3 separate roofing companies. All 3 companies were pretty much within the same range. Other 2 companies offered 5 year warranties Rod Roofing was 8 year warranty. Rod Roofing was excellent! Gilbert Jr. was easy to work with and kept us up-to-date on the progress of our re-roofing. The men who did the work were courteous and hard-working. A+ on cleanup every day. When we were getting estimates from several roofers, Gilbert Jr won the bid for three reasons: 1. He was super-friendly and honest about several issues. 2. He had someone come repair a leak the same day before we said we would use them. and 3. He was able to find the solarhide I wanted to use that they didn't have on-hand. Great work and people!

We moved into an old knowing that there would be a need to repair a part of the roof as the winter freeze from 2021 caused some damage that was neglectected. I do recommend Rod Roofing. They recently replaced the shingle roof on a rental property I own here in San Antonio. They were 100% complete in a little over two days, with no problems. They installed everything exactly as I had requested, such as colors I picked, attic vents etc.The Rod Roofing representative that initially met me on the job was an actual knowledgeable estimator - not a salesman like many roofing companies will send out. Rod Roofing is fully insured and provided “Proof of Insurance” before they started the job, which is really important.
