Unlike other contractors who bombard you with sales pitches, Eric Roesler, the owner himself, came out for a thorough inspection using a drone! This level of detail and technology use instantly impressed me.Here's the best part: After the inspection, Mr. Roesler could have easily recommended a full roof replacement to drum up business. But, to my surprise, he identified some minor damage and honestly concluded that my roof didn't need replacing yet! This integrity and commitment to customer well-being is incredibly rare these days.The entire inspection process was professional, friendly, and informative. Mr. Roesler explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. It was a refreshing change from the usual pressure tactics employed by other roofing companies.In short, Roesler Roofing is a company built on honesty, expertise, and exceptional customer service. Nathan had his crew come out to repair a leak from the vents installed when the house was built about 7 years ago. They replaced the four builder grade vents with one solar powered vent, removed an old satellite dish mount and sealed everything for us. I couldn’t be more happy with the work or price. I will be using Roesler’s Roofing when it is time to replace the whole roof.

We knew we picked the right Roofing Company from the start when Eric the owner came out and completed our estimate. He is very knowledgeable. This was our first time dealing with our insurance company. We needed an attic restoration and roof replacement. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I did not have 1 complaint! Never happened before with a contractor. Also the main reason I chose them was the price point. Learning I needed a new roof during the selling process of our home sent my stress levels through the...well you know. The buyer's inspector, Eric, and the insurance adjuster all said the same thing. We were already under contract at that point and in a serious time crunch with closing right around the corner. Eric took so much stress out of this whole process. He got a crew out right away and took care of everything. The crew did a great job on the roof, but I didn't have any idea how messy the yard would be. The crew cleaned up most of it, but there was some trash in the yards and tar in the driveway left behind. Eric personally came over took care of it all. The customer service was excellent. Every text message, every call, and every email was responded to promptly and professionally. It's really hard to find a business that has excellent customer service and workmanship, but Roesler's Roofing has both. I definitely made the right choice in calling them.

I'd like to say thank you to Roesler's Roofing for installing my gutters about a month ago. With all this rain I have certainly seen a huge difference! Eric and his team were quick, clean and professional. I really appreciate Eric keeping on top of the project and seeing it through. There was one small aspect I was not happy with on the drain pipe and he fixed it in no time and without and complaint. I am 100% happy and would recommend Roesler's Roofing to anyone. UPDATE: 2020: Again used Roesler's Roofing and Remodeling for a second time, this time for my elderly parent's home. They did such a wonderful job at my old house which sold with no issues that I definitely wanted them to re-do my elderly parents home which was getting ready to sell and it sold quickly, soon after roofing was completed, a roof inspection was done and all went well at inspection time! They were prompt, professional, hardworking roofers that at the very end they ensured to leave the property free of any roofing material. They did a great clean up job, but aside from that, I really liked the outcome of my parents home as well as my previous home and both homes sold fast with great roof inspections! I plan to use them on my current (used) home when the time comes they will be my "go to" company to re-do my new roof for sure! I am willing to use them for the 3rd time!! After researching various roofing companies I decided to go with Roesler's Roofing. From beginning to end I received good customer service. Though, I feel this company is going through some growing pains and they're stretching out too thin to meet work requests. Throughout my home project there were those "Hey, remember you said you were going to do..." times. Plus, quotes for other projects were never received. He was able to make it out the next day to make some needed repairs on our roof before we completed the sale of our home. The turn around was fast and the job was completed the same day. I did my research. Got 3 other inspections and estimates, looked them up on Better Business bureau. Although the prices were close, 2 less than and other more, I went with Roesler’s roofing because he and his son were punctual, attentive and actually listened to what I needed, wanted and what I could afford. I hadn’t made an insurance claim because I didn’t want to make a claim that would be denied. Mrs Roesler gave the information I needed to make the best decision.. His crew worked hard and diligently to get in done in 2 days. (Decking needed to be replaced on this nearly 100 yr old home) When done, “you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there” just as they promised. They cleaned up every last nail.
