Roland's was great; they were able to get me a quote quickly, accurately assessed my old roof's needs and explained my options, and then followed through as they said they would (even though we had weather delays). I reached out to Roland’s Roofing after a major hail storm damaged the metal roof on a new owner/builder house project. From quotation to completion, the entire roof replacement process went very smoothly. The project took less than a week with craftsmanship and attention to detail that are second to none. Bryan, Robert, everyone on the roofing team and the office staff were professional, honest and extremely polite. I can’t thank them enough for a job well done. I am looking forward to working with Roland’s Roofing again on my next project.

Beware, I’ve had these people come out a couple years ago for an estimate through my insurance company and when he did the estimate, I asked him how much it was and he said it doesn’t matter because when you get your insurance check, you just hand it over to us Which is faults information. If you are getting your roof replaced due to an insurance claim nobody has the right to collect your whole check. When you get the check from the insurance company, you deposit that check into your account you get the roofing estimate and if the estimate is less than what the insurance check was, you are to keep the rest of that money for additional home repairs no insurance check ever goes to a roofing company. If it does, they are scamming you and taking your money that they don’t get to keep they try to pull a fast one on me and it didn’t work. I wonder how many other people they actually scammed out of their own money that they received from iNSURANCE check.

Update: I was asked to fill out a review and I did on July 31st and was told I would receive a gift card. (See Below). It is now Oct 25th and I am still waiting for this gift card. I have reached out numerous times and keep getting the run around. I don't understand. You asked for a review and in return you get a gift card. I would say i have waited long enough. It's sad when this happens. For this reason I have changed my rating. Melissa was so helpful when i was getting my roof replacement and now she doesn't respond or something happened. The last response i received was on Oct 5th that their phone lines were down. Still waiting....Please do your research and read reviews.I was referred to Roland’s Roofing Company after they completed a roof replacement for a friend of mine. They too had called around and compared prices and warranties on roof replacements. I decided to call them and see what they could offer me. Melissa, from the get-go, I must say, is the voice of reason. She kills it with guest satisfaction and builds that trust to leave it in her hands. After my initial claim was denied and not approved for a full roof replacement, she sent another agent from Roland’s Roofing to give me another evaluation. After coming and determining that indeed I would need a full roof replacement, she requested all previous assessments, and she took care of the rest. She took you step by step and always kept in contact with you. She provided updates as she received them. I was feeling confident with her work that I decided to move forward with them because of her. Now the not so fun part. Initially I was told my roof would take one day, which it did not. The roofers spent more time discussing other things in the shade under my front tree (I get it its hot) than working on my roof. Which led to coming back the next day to continue working on my roof. I never got any updates from the project manager if my roof was completed or updates as work progressed. I only met him once when he came by to say hello and assured me that everything would be taken care of, and yard would be cleaned up when finished. As the 2nd day came to an end, I assumed they were done when I saw that they had packed their items and left. As I looked at my roof, I noticed that my original vents were not replaced and placed back damaged (which they later apologized and came back and replaced with metal ones which I am grateful). But why should it take me to point this out, I strongly believe that they were not going to say anything and leave as it. I felt like they took a shortcut to save a buck on their end but charge me, which made me question the work I received and paid for. When I called Melissa to discuss this she apologized profusely and acted quickly to talk to those above her. She sent the project manager out to inspect the work and ensure that I received a solid full roof replacement at the end. Roland’s Roof company also sent other pros to come back to re-evaluate the work on my roof and ensuring their work was not compromised. In fact, they would back up their work with elite warranty for life, which made me feel better. In the end of this, I would recommend them. I love the work on my roof (after everything was re-inspected and everything replaced as noted in my invoice) and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. I would also recommend to Robert, to follow on his work projects, communicate more with his clients, give updates, and ensure guest satisfaction is always at 100% or greater. In the end, it’s us that will keep customers coming. Kudos to Melissa, you set the bar so high that the work must match you! Having worked in the roofing business myself, I can definitely say Roland’s Roofing is the company to call when you need a job done. My wife and I dealt directly with Melissa and Robert. If I could use one word to describe Roland’s, it would be “trustworthy”. We were in a situation, and they stepped up to the plate for us. Keep in mind, the recent weather is not conducive to roofing, and they dove in and got the job done. The did a beautiful job. They went to the very limits of what they could do, and satisfied the customer. I mentioned trustworthiness because through the whole experience, Not once did I feel uncomfortable. I just felt like they were there for us. In addition, Melissa kept us updated on the job progress throughout. I am definitely going to use Roland’s anytime I have roofing issues. I gave 3 stars as my review and I'll explain why my review isn't 5 stars. I will discuss the Pros and Cons of my experience. In no way is this review meant to bash slander or mock Roland's Roofing. this is a company with 3 generations of experience and going strong BUT...my Cons: no warranty paperwork, with 3 generations standing behind them the paperwork should be expedited ready to be explained for assurance. that relationship should be establishedwith GAF. (if you bought a TV from BESTBUY that insurance is given to you when you pay) this is possibly the 3rd largest purchase in our life. HOME. AUTO. ROOF. so that's my thought on that. the vents were damaged and listed on our estimate for replacement but not available only until the foreman came to inspect status had i not mentioned it, the old vents could have been reused. i brought up the vent replacements. they were replaced with plastic???. ok i won't judge but we did have hail damage not sure how plastic will hold up. the rain run off deterants over the home entry weren't replaced, thought they be new. the 2man crew did start a bit late 10-1030 or so. but thats not my concern. had they started 7am day 1, finish day wouldn't have needed to at 8pm (2days,2 man crew...impressive). NOW the PROS...roof is beautiful. i asked Melissa on a section of roof that the builder messed up on and they repaired that droop. looks like it was never there. they did that repair as a courtesybig THANK YOU. crew laid out a tarp and caught most of the old nails with a few here and there but ok. the communication with Melissa was great. prompt response from Foreman great. would i recommend Roland's Roofing? yes i would. you just need to dot your "i"s and cross your "t"s. a roof is a huge investment.update***10/5/23referral reward not legit. haven't received anything yet. status, "need to review notes. driver lost them ." gave up at this point. so I'm under the assumption that I have to leave a 5star rating in order to receive the referral.Service: Roof installation

Highly recommend Rolands roofing company. They answered all my questions, discussed options, price points, and completed the home/garage roof replace in a day. They color matched edge flashing to shingle color instead of using silver flashing and I noticed little details on work quality.
