Alonzo and his crew were exceptional. Alonzo arrived around 6am the day of the install and was personable and professional in giving me a timeline of the days events on the install.The crew arrived about 630am and immediately began setting up for the roof demo. They did an excellent job of applying tarps to catch the shingles and debris. Once that was completed they immediately started on installing the underpayment and shingles. They finished the same day. Roof Fix went above and beyond. We saw the excellent job that they did with our neighbor's roof, and selected them to work on our roof. We were not disappointed. Joshua helped us pick our new roof, and he helped us our insurance company in adjusting the cost for repair.Alonso and his crew arrived at 6am and finished at 3pm, working through triple digit temperatures.

Had to have our roof completely repaired and after several inspections and bids from other contractors we decided to go with Roof Fix. Josh was great at communications and keeping us up to date with all the documentation we needed for our insurance company.Once the work crews arrived they began working about 7 am and finished the job in one day. She even called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely recommend you ask for her as your project manager. Our roof came out nice and the crew was responsive and easy to work with. The solar team was easy to work with during install. I will say we had some communication issues after the install was complete, but Rooffix is currently working to address the issues.

Do not choose Roof Fix for solar! They will promise the world in order to get your money but won’t deliver. The sales guy, Carl, told us no payments would be due until the project was complete. Not true! Read the fine print. My husband’s credit has been dinged for a late payment with Green Sky because payments were actually due when the project was complete or 6 months WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Needless to say, the project wasn’t complete in 6 months. They then say, ‘oh we’ll reimburse you for the payments until the project is complete.’ No, they won’t. They don’t return phone calls. The President of the company, Daniel, came to our house when the second half of our financing fell through because of how long Roof Fix took to complete our project. He promised us all of these added benefits, but as soon as we secured financing for the second half of the project, it’s been like chasing a ghost. We still do not have critter guards as promised. They still owe us a balance for reimbursement of a Green Sky payment and utility bill. Daniel promised 12 months of no payments for the second half of the financing if we went through Credit Human. It ended up only being 6 months. He said he would honor the full 12 and reimburse us for the other 6, but based on our experience, I’m not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else!

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with my solar system. I asked in the beginning about using a larger system but was convinced, due to my lack of knowledge, that what they were purposing was enough. The install date was greatly delayed and for the first 2 months i called about concerns with performance. Finally they came out and discovered that the inverter was malfunctioning. After replacing it my production approximately doubled. That would be fantastic, except that I told them in the beginning that I was shooting for net 0 consumption. Not in my wildest dreams have we come close to that. I still pay up to 300 in the coldest months for electricity. To be fair it is less than it was but if I am not ever putting anything on the grid, there is never any surplus to cover the cold months. In nearly 3 years I have not put any electricity back on the grid. Now I am told that Lowes or Home Depot, can't remember which, has taken over. I cannot get any response from Roof Fix or Lowes/Home Depot to address my problem. I was also told that annually they would come out to check and clean the system. Have not seen them once. Guess I am on my own getting more production. Very disappointing. I would not recommend them for solar at this point. Maybe if the right person there reads this they will contact me to correct the situation. LOL

Roof Fix is an awesome company to work with and I don't say this because I work for them, but I got an estimate for my mother in law's home and since she was experiencing leaking they made sure to move her job up right away with the rain and hail we were expecting during the weekend. Her roof came out looking absolutely incredible. When they were completed we had a project manager come out and make sure the job was installed properly and to make sure she was happy. I definitely recommend using Roof Fix a local roofing company.

Impossible to reach once job is completed even though job came with a 25 year warranty. Been trying to reach someone/anyone since last Wednesday - no answer to phone calls, no answer to text messages, no answer to Messenger messages, no answer to online inquiries despite statement that all are returned within 24 hours. Is this place even still in business???

My roofing leak was a problem that required someone who was more knowledgeable about, just not roofs, but about unusual situations! I had a leak where the roof of my house transitioned to a low pitched roof on my sunroom.After two failed attempts at trying to repair my roof, Sylvia came to my house, in the rain, studied the situation, and knew immediately what was needed to repair my roof! This review is a follow up to the experience that I have had with customer service, integrity and the professionalism of this business. I am guessing at the actual service date because the re-roof work didn't actually start as promised, though funded in Mar 2023, but not my actual issue. After informing Roof Fix of my actual issue; (I was sold on 6 months/ 0 payment/0 down, and 0% financing) by their VP of sales, their chosen bank, and their promotion. I was crystal clear that I am choosing Roof Fix contingent on said promotion. Yet at payoff, I found I was being charged interest and Roof fix had not submitted the proper application for that type of financing. After attempting to seek simple resolution through Roof Fix and numerous unreturned phone calls, I wrote a honest review on what had occurred. Roof Fix's response to my review was," Your review is deeply concerning to us and we take such matters very seriously, please rest assured we will be getting to the bottom of this. Management has been informed and will be calling you shortly to resolve it" . I did eventually receive a phone message from Daniel, (President I assume), which was left midday during the work week. I returned his call the same afternoon but was told that he was in a meeting and that a message would be left for him. After not getting a call back and 1 week later, I called again and was again told that he is in a meeting and a message would be left for him to return my call. On a 3rd call days later, I requested his direct contact info, but was told that I can only leave a message. On Dec 8, 2023, I received a call from "Chis" of Roof fix who stated that they were concerned with the Google review, and that they were going to resolve this matter. He requested the balance. I immediately fwd'd a bank statement copy and informed Chris that I had spoken to their bank (Credit Human) who advised me that back in Nov 2023, (a month ago) Roof Fix had agreed to settle the balance on the account. Chis stated that he would get with Daniel today and they would likely resolve through payment to the bank or a direct check to me but I would hear back within a week. On Dec 18, (almost 2 weeks) I reached out to Chris for follow up. I was then told that they are still moving toward resolution and "If the review on Google is removed, it would speed them up, meaning in good faith you removed it". In Jan 2024, I contacted Chris again to seek contact info for ANYONE who could or would make a forthright decision on Roof Fix's position or plans of resolution in this matter. I was again asked for the total owed, and also "If we pay the interest off, can the Google review be removed?" Another promise was given that he would get with Daniel and the owner today. As it is now Feb 2024, still no resolution, the courtesy of a phone call or message it has become apparent that Roof Fix has no plans or intentions of resolving this matter. The attempt to persuade me to delete a negative review in exchange for Roof Fix to do the right thing by correcting their own error, is unethical, unprofessional, and likely prohibited by Google ad service policy. The company claims that the customer is their 1st priority. My experience has been extremely contrary to that. Honesty, Integrity, and service after the sale will take any business much further than any review. Your customers expect and deserve more than empty promises, lip service and unresolved outstanding issues.

I too was trying to contact Roof Fix and left several messages. Drove by today and found a statement on the door from the landlord. Contacted the landlord who confirmed Roof Fix abandoned the property, filed for bankruptcy, and isn't in business anymore. Unfortunately, not a good situation for previous customers who needed follow-on work or service from them.

He was communicative, responsive and treated me as an equal. He explained the process of the roofing job and how long it would take. And he was right on time. He is a great asset to this company as many of my interactions with Roof Fix have not been satisfactory. I hope Roof Fix employees and leadership learn how to be with customers from Mr. Granados.

So we had our roof replaced a few months ago by RoofFix. They offered good terms, with no interest and no payment for a year. Work was completed in a couple days with the exception. Of our skylight replacement because we asked for a special cover and it had to be ordered. Roof looked great. The new roof ended up having a leak. But RoofFix acted quickly, repaired the roof and fixed the interior damage.Long and short of it, I had my reservations and concerns. But RoofFix lived up to their promise and acted quickly. And that’s about all anyone could ask for. So yes, I would recommend RoofFix if your looking for a contractor.Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation
