Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling, namely George Tejeda, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We first utilized them as a second opinion when one of those, fly-by-night door knocking roof companies, came after a storm. George assessed the roof and determined it was fine, minus a few shingles that needed replacing, which he quickly took care of. Since then, we've had George out multiple times to inspect our roof. George was always extremely personable, honest about our roof assessment, and quick to take care of us! As far as I'm aware, there is not a more trustworthy person and roofing company you can find here in the San Antonio area.

I found this company after searching for a patio cover on Home Advisor and Angie's List and getting multiple quotes from others. None gave me a lower estimate than Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling. I was able to work directly with the owner to finalize the plans, payment, and any additional concerns for my project. In addition, their sales team to include administrative assistants in the office were great to work with when detailing the scope of work. Contracting crew was on time for the 2-day project, completed the work and cleaned up completely when it was done. My new patio cover is beautiful and exactly what I asked for!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them!

I found Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling through Angie's List. I needed gutters installed, the sooner the better, as recent rains and poor drainage had started to erode the soil protecting my home's foundation. I had lined up three companies to come out to my home and do measurements and estimates. I didn't even wait for the third estimate. Bob S. with Rooftop Roofing showed up on time, listened carefully to my needs, explained the measurement process, explained the company's products versus various competitors and the associated costs and advantages and disadvantages of each product, drew out his gutter installation design concept and calculated with me the cost of the project, and even spent time making sure we had a perfect paint match to the existing paint on my house. I immediately felt like Bob and the company had my best interest at heart (and I'm a skeptic by nature). I signed the contract immediately. 24 hours later, the installation crew was at my house, led by Jeffery, who was efficient, professional, and thorough. A few hours after that, I had a gutter system installed, paint perfectly matched to my home's existing trim, and complete with oversized downspouts to account for the infrequent yet torrential rains we sometimes get here in San Antonio. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the work they do, and the bang for the buck.Service: Gutter installation

I am happy with their work, John made sure we were taken care of, making sure all our questions were answered. Jesse and his work crew were quick and took good care to clean up after. We're also getting remodeling of our sun room done and Bob came and showed us what we can do to make the space better for our family, he was accommodating, polite, and very knowledgeable. We look forward to what they'll do for us. Glad we chose Rooftop Roofing.Update: We have finished with the remodeling of our patio. We had our extieror wall removed to add to the square footage of our home. Then the sun room area was upgraded and made apart of the home. We had windows, french doors, walls and floors installed. Our new extieror walls and roof are made of panels (metal skin with styrofoam inside). Which I do not recommend if you are opening up your house to them. When it rains it's very loud, which makes talking and TV watch hard to do. I am happy to have the extra space which was very needed but wish we hadn't gone with the panels. The crews were polite, hard working and did a great job.In my update, I am taking off 1 star due to the panels that were highly recommend. I called 3-4 contractors to give me an estimate on painting my exterior. When Bob fm Rooftop came by to talk about the estimate, I mentioned I was interested in new gutters and a few front windows and he was able to take care of all them. Within three weeks I had my exterior repaired and painted. Great Job. Soon after he had the gutters installed. With some miscommunication with the gutter installers, Bob had them out the next day completing my expectations. Great Job! The windows came in earlier then expected and were installed without any problems. We get so many compliments on the job from Rooftop. Bob and all the contractors were very polite and professional. UPDATE: BOY WAS I FOOLED...I requested a redo on "L-shaped" concrete slab due to cracks, and they took 5-6mos and only half of slab is level and they damaged driveway & pavers with unsatisfactory repair/pressure wash...they had (2) subs with them firing 1st..both subs were from SA, I live in NB, they showed up at 11:30 or 2pm when they did show up, and had issue when I said I had to be here when they worked, which shouldnt have been much of an issue, since I work from home 4days a wk. They charged $38,500, and I paid over $30,000, and couldn't come to resolution for balance since patio wasn't completely level, will have redo the pavers to make level and have driveway professionally pressure washed...and didn't credit for lateness of project, just a "sorry".ORIGINAL review:This company and their personnel, (mainly Bob Schmueckle) are very impressive. They are not only professional, on time with great communication, called before appointment to confirm, listened to what I wanted, gave his expert opinion/recommendations, and offered options on payment. I am impressed with the caliber of the services they offer and their knowledge and expertise. Bob with Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling LLC has made this shopping process very pleasant and reassuring that professionalism is not a lost art. I am waiting for an official quote, and and will most likely be giving them my business.

Overall, I am happy with Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling upon the completion of our project.We are wrapping up a project with ROOFTOP REMODELING, and we are very HAPPY with this company! Our house went from being the dump of the neighborhood to a BEAUTIFUL home. We immediately had them start quoting us on our next project because we would be glad to use them again. They repaired wood rot around our property, painted 100% of stucco, trim, and foundation, installed gutters, and removed a door and window for us. They worked on our house, detached garage, and casita, so it was extensive. We've worked with multiple nightmare contractors in the past, and we didn't incur any of the typical issues. I'm so pleased because the WORK LOOKS GREAT; workers SHOWED UP ON TIME; no one asked to use my bathroom (that's a big one); site was cleaned up and debris hauled off; they seemed to have good time management; and they NEVER ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. They also offered a warranty on their work and their bid was competitive to other highly rated companies. We ultimately went with them because Bob had excellent communication, professionalism, and he was friendly, whereas the competition was unprofessional and didn't seem as interested in the opportunity. Lujahne, Rich, and Maria were so quiet, we rarely knew when then were here, and I definitely felt safe. They were very unobtrusive, and it was a surprisingly peaceful project.
