Honest review coming at you!! Rocky and Jesus exceeded our expectations! I found Rox Roofing on TikTok and heard how they can help us with a full roof replacement going through our insurance. Unfortunately our insurance denied the claim, so we had to pay out of pocket but we fortunately qualified for low monthly payment financing. After receiving multiple quotes, Rox Roofing was the best and we love our new roof!! Top notch customer service and the crew who did the roof did a thorough clean sweep afterwards.

I had the great experience with working with Rox’s Roofing to get my roof replaced this past year. We called them out to look at some spots that were worn down and trying to get an quote on fixing those areas but Rox was able to really show us how bad the roof was due to recent hail damage that we never even thought about checking for. Rocky was able to go on the roof, make markings to show insurance exactly where the issues are and made the process so much easier so that when the insurance came out, they really could not argue the case. Rocky has the technology needed for both photos and weather information that makes a ton of difference in knowing how to communicate with insurance as well. The team came out and did a great and quick job ensuring the quality that was established early on. Rocky also really was helpful and had a lot of patience with dealing with my insurance and their processes. I don’t get anything from doing this review but felt after the experience I had, that others should know and hopefully have those same experiences as well. I look forward to continued business Rox’s!

Great company! I purchased my home in San Antonio site unseen and decided to have the 21 year old roof replaced prior to my arrival. Rocky and Jesus were very responsive to my situation and provided drone taken pictures of the project during the proposal process, during the work phase and after the work was completed. They were very responsive and courteous during the entire process. My absence did not create any doubts or issues because they ensured I was completely informed at all times. Our experience with Rox Roofing was beyond 5 star! They were honest and informative throughout the entire process. This is hard to believe, I called the roofing company trying to book the specialist to assess my roof, since the hail storm recently went through our area. I reached out the company’s answering service, and the lady who answered my phone call was so unprofessional. She did not introduce herself, she did not answer any of my questions, she was so illiterate and honestly stupid. I repeat my address 3 times and spelled it out letter by letter. She still did not get it. In my opinion, she needs to go back and strive to graduate from a high school. Ultimately, I ended up finishing my call

Working with Rocky and Jesus was a smooth transaction. The company was easy to communicate with and kept me up to date every step of the way with the roofing process. There was a slight hiccup with the interior framing of where the skylight belonged but Jesus and the team were quick to have a plan of action to resolve the issue without it escalating. Overall I had a great experience and would hire them for another roofing job.
