The employees are professional, responsive and thorough. The inspector assessed accurately the water leak my roof had. Scheduling the work was a very smooth process and the wait was less than a week. The job was completed in a few hours. The technician provided multiple pictures of my roof before and after the work and explained the issue with my roof. The price was competitive and fair. 5 stars for SA Roofmasters. I have a tile roof and it is difficult to find roofers who work with tile. I had a couple of tiles that fell off recently and I wanted to get them replaced quickly as possible since we're in the rainy season. My previous roofing company came out to look at the job and said it would be 3-4 months before they could actually do the work. SA Roofmasters was out the next week and had everything fixed up at a much lower cost. As a Realtor, it is important to have a company who is responsive while doing quality work at a fair price. I found SA Roofmasters to be all of these! I trust them to work on my roof and will recommend them to my real estate clients!

The entire experience with SA Roofmasters was very quick and helpful. They knock out the inspection and estimate quicker than any other company I could find(I had discovered a leak after the last heavy storm). The price was fair and below what I expected for the project. During the whole process they supplied me with pictures of the work and text updates. I would highly recommend these guys again for any roofing concerns.

I thought I would pass along a good contractor experience. I hired SA RoofMasters to remove all of my old leaking gutters and install new seamless gutters all the way around my 2 story house.The communication was on point every time, they came when they said they would and went the extra mile helping me with some other issues that I was having. And, they were priced reasonably. They also took care to not let my dogs out of the backyard while working in the back, which is a huge thing for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof/gutter work.

James and his crew replaced my leaking standing seam roof, replaced and painted a lot of rotted fascia, and replaced two skylights. The job was completed on time, and on budget. The fringes of hurricane Harvey hit my area two days after the work was done, and provided a good test of the new roof. It passed with flying colors. SA Roofmasters far exceeded my expectations with timely and quality work.

It is with great pleasure that we write a long overdue review for SA Roof Masters. We live in the Lost Creek Subdivision at Leon Springs and our roof, along with many others, sustained considerable hail damage last Spring. We set about requesting quotes from three roofing contractors in what we can only describe as a rigorous, frustrating, experience. After venting with a trustworthy colleague, he connected us with SA Roof Masters. We contacted the owner, James Baladez and he quickly came out to our home and prepared an estimate. There was no contest in selecting SA Roof Masters after we saw the estimate because the information from SA Roof Masters was head and shoulders above the rest. After James Baladez conducted the inspection, his expertise in the trade was clearly reflected in the information he presented us. The thoroughness and attention to detail was most impressive and we filed a claim with our insurance company. James Baladez communicated with our insurance company to have the roof replaced in a timely manner. We firmly believe that the quality and professionalism that shone through the information James Baladez presented to the insurance adjuster was a critical factor in the quick turn around and acceptance. James was very focused, and customer oriented throughout the process and turned a seemingly daunting task into a smooth, well-coordinated process. James Baladez was always easily available, and he delivered on all timelines and commitments. He kept us apprised every step of the way and he personally inspected every phase of the process after completion to ensure that the quality of the work and materials used were the best. We cannot forget his crew; Sergio, Jose and all the other guys on his crew did a great job from tear down to clean up. Not only did SA Roof Masters help with our roof, they also helped with several other issues caused by the hailstorm including helping us with a window project we desired for years. Responsibility and quality of work not a characteristic of this owner in my experience. Spoke to the owner I think. I had my own roof person inspect my roof, and sent two employees to inspect. They all could tell that the roof was not installed correctly. Particularly where I am having a leak, where the cause is the area around a pipe was not sealed properly. Again, my person and his two employees agreed. His employees even found another pipe with the same issue. It makes me wonder what else was not done properly with this roof.All he had to tell me is that he cannot repair the roof because I am not his client and I do not have a warranty because I did not sign it within 30 days of moving in. First I had no idea of any warranty. It’s true that he did roof the for previous owners right before we moved in. But me being a client or having a warranty is irrelevant because the roof was not done correctly to begin with. He is trying to use warranty and client status as loop holes for a poor job done. This is irresponsible to say the least and quality of work was not demonstrated.

We put our house on the market and had to get repairs done after the inspection came back. James Baladez and SA Roofmaster responded very quickly and did a fantastic job taking care of all of the repairs and I was very pleased with their work and with the charges for the repairs. Buy a roof from SA RoofMasters! The Entire Organization is top notch! Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. From the Tear off crew (Julio and Sergio plus the 2 guys that were with them) to the metal roof team (Mr Ramos and son) to the owner of the company , Mr. Baladez. All are great guys that did excellent work! You'll be glad you selected SA RoofMasters to do your next roof.

Highly recommended. James was able to provide a quote fast and made the process so easy for us. The crew completed the job within 24 hours of start time and they did a great job at cleaning up, including a magnet sweep which was so valuable to us having multiple dogs and children. Great work and customer service.

This company is absolutely amazing. I had a serious leak in the flashing of my roof that was starting to create problems every time it rained. SA Roofmasters had someone at my house the next day! The guy that worked on the leak was fast, friendly, and they were extremely affordable.There's nowhere else I'll ever go in the future.

I am very surprised that this company has not had any reviews yet especially with the experience i had with James the owner and his company. Let me first say that i would not recommend you get this company to do your roof. If you are not on top of them or there to supervise they will try to cut corners and such for example paying for new wind turbines just to have them spray paint the old ones. But still charge you for the labor and new price. Will get old wood from other job sites and try to charge you for new wood. Also has inexperienced workers for him paying them minium wage and charges for Master Carpenter rate. Also had to call him numerous times to come out and tarp wood which was left out in the rain. I have so much more but the key to this is just to stay away from this shady company. There's too many others to choose from . I hope this helps the consumers and ensures that other's dont go threw the mess i did.

James runs a first class business. My downspout gutter had blown off and James sent one of his employees to take a look. He said there wasn’t much involved to fix and repaired it no charge. It was tightly anchored down more secure than the initial install. I will use/recommend them in the future. Thank you so much James.

After speaking to my aunt which is elderly and is not computer literate I like to say that this company is shady and will try its best not to give you the truth in return for profit to many companies out there to deal with snakes in this business she was not able to climb roof and completion of job and I think they took full advantage of that using old vents and short changing her in charges for new and labor when it was not even close to being done that’s thief and not right called company just to get run around and told otherwise shame on owner and stay away
