I want to give a shout out to shield roofing. I got referred to them by one of our neighbors after I told him that Insurance was basically trying to deny our claim. After multiple tries, I wasn't having any luck with insurance, I thought we were going to be stuck with the almost 20-year-old roof with hail damage, so I talked with them and they were confident that they could get the job done. They handled everything start to finish from fighting with Insurance and getting our roof completely replaced to getting our solar panels taken down and put back up. They even patched some soft spots in our roof and gave us a few upgrades as well. They made the process super easy.The new roof looks better than when it was brand new.They are veteran owned and they were quick, clean, and respectful. I could go on and on, but if you think you have any roof damage or if you're not really even sure, give them a call. Our new roof looks amazing and we couldn't be happier.

I cannot say enough good things about Shield Roofing. I chose themover several other roofing companies and I'm glad I did. They gave me an accurate estimate and their price was very reasonable.My roof was replaced in a day by their fantastic crew and it looks great! Everything was cleaned up nicely after the install and to this day, I have not come across one stray nail in the yard. Henry is awesome and took care of everything. Shield Roofing was Amazing!!! The company had great communication throughout the whole process. They gave us very accurate quotes on both the work that needs to be done, as well as the amount of time it would take. They offer a variety of colors, including an Energy Star option as well. They made sure to do an excellent job with clean up as well, putting down tarps to catch any debris that fell. Our roof is so much better than before thanks to Shield Roofing. I will keep them in mind for any future roofing needs for both myself, and my family and friends. I highly recommend this company!!!

Shield Roofing Team is absolutely who you want to do business with. Called in for a roof repair, within days got scheduled for assessment of the job. Quote received with evidence of necessary repair from pictures they took. We felt the quote was reasonably priced. Got scheduled immediately next business day for the repair to be performed. During the repair, pictures were sent to show their workmanship and we are truly impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism in communicating with us. A very important thing to mention is the expertise of the team member to do in depth thorough assessment of where the leak may be coming from by getting into our attic and spot any wood/ceiling discoloration from water leak which none of the other companies we asked for a quote did! Note that this is a critical detail you must observe from any company trying to get business.The time to assess from attic and NOT JUST VISUAL CEILING assessment is IMPORTANT. That should give you some sense of confidence that the roofer is an expert.Shield Roofing was very much available for any of our questions all throughout the process from beginning to end. A hail storm just hit and I noticed a neighbor posted this shield company advertisement sign in the yard. I reached out to shield roofing and the owner was using a selling point of being from around the area and he has done a lot of homes in this area as well. He seemed friendly overall.I received a bid from Shield prior to speaking to my insurance company. I felt that because shield knows insurance may be involved because of the hail in the area, they increased the pricing to create a larger profit margin. In this specific event I want to upgrade from shingle to metal roof and when you consider this it becomes a retail quote. I’m considering an upgrade to metal to avoid shingle issues in the future.I always ask for a quote before agreeing to go with any company, especially in the event insurance will be involved. In my opinion they know that insurance will being paying a portion so price gouging sometimes becomes an issue. I also like to have 3 companies to bid me and also ask each roofers opinion on the roof.Make sure before choosing a company because you see a sign in a neighbors yard, or they mention you need representation when your insurance company comes out that you do your due diligence and have 3 companies come out to give you an estimate.DONT go in blind sided and sign a contingency agreement and then figure out that youre not happy with pricing or not liking what they are offering you.**In my experience Roofers always say that they are on your side and that the insurance company is on the other side. Don’t forget the roofer is in the business of making money and creating large margins if they can NOT just the insurance company.**Also try to go with the company that has been around for more than 20+ years and doesn’t spend their revenue on lots of overhead like branded utility trucks and big advertisement.I always like to leave my experience for the next person, and I hope this helps. Summer of 2019 we had to get a new roof. We looked at all the work being done in our neighborhood and made quite a few calls and received a few calls for estimates. We selected Shield and were not disappointed. Henry was professional and articulate and his proposal exactly addressed our roof replacement needs. The materials and his crew were exactly as contracted. Timely, professional, friendly, and more importantly as he promised. Henry’s help dealing with Allstate’s adjusters was efficient and painless, gracias a Dios!! When you need a new roof or some repair, give Henry a call and get a “Shield” on your home. And our roof looks just a good today as the summer of 2019!!

Had a number of shingles fall during this last winter weather and wind. Saw Shield Roofing mentioned on Next door and decided to give them a call and couldn't have been happier. Professional and quick service, the work is immaculate, and the price was very reasonable. If USAA finally decides to do the job I pay them monthly to do and pays to fix my entire roof, then Shield is the company that will do the work. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Henry was awesome! Did a great job of explaining what our roof leak needed to be repaired above our garage. Service was scheduled asap which we really appreciated since we wanted to get it fixed before the next rain storm. The repairs and some general roof maintenance was completed by Tony; he showed up right on time and it only took a few hours. The entire process was smooth and transparent. I contacted Shield Roofing after the insurance denied my claim to replace my roof. From day one, Jacob showed up right on time and made a very good impression on how he would help me with the claim process. He took photos of my damaged roof, gutter and fence and sent the estimate to the insurance. Due to the detailed report the insurance had no choice but to approve my claim. Through out the whole process, he was quite courteous, pleasant to work with, and patient with many of my questions. Everyone at Shield communicated effectively through emails and texts and were always being truthful with what they promised. What an awesome job Jacob. Thank you so much! We had two minor leaks on our roof. The owner of the company came out on a Monday evening to assess the damage and he had a roofer repairing it by Tuesday morning. They were so efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable - much less than I anticipated. The owner was even kind enough to recommend a trusted drywall installer to repair the damage to the ceiling. Just a great company to work with! I highly recommend them!
