Hey All,Today 04/17/ 2024I went through Angi and got about 6 contractors to provide me with an estimate the past two weeks.Randall at Skyline, was the second contractor to look at what was needed. When he arrived he already had my roof measurements in hand from an aerial image and I got estimate during his initial visit. I also had my chimney framing replaced and painted. The remainder of the chimney stack is hardy plank and was still good.I opted for a 30 year composite shingle design to replace my 22 year old original roof. His crew started work around 7:30 a.m. and completed the new roof in one day. My floorspace area is about 2300 sq, ft. Also had the roof vents replaced as well.Attractive price and and the new roof looks great. I would highly recommend that if you are contemplating similar work, give Randall a call.I will add before and after photos soon.Kenneth H.

Randy came out to inspect my roof and was very professional and answered all my questions. With Randy also being a licensed adjuster he was able to haggle with the insurance adjuster to make sure we got what we deserved. The guys who worked on our roof were fast and did excellent work. Randy also did an inspection after to make sure everything was done correctly. Super satisfied customer here!!

I highly recommend Skyline Roofing Systems for your roof replacement or repair. Randall who is the owner, manager and project manager came by my house 2 years ago. At the time we couldn’t do much. When had a hail storm hit in April and we had 20+ roofers reappear. Randall was the only one who remembered my name and gave me a honest evaluation. He was there 30 minutes before our adjuster and with them every step to ensure nothing got over looked. He was there while our roof got done and made sure everything got done right. He helped me a lot with our insurance company when they played different tactics not to pay for certain things and he made sure they covered what they should. I learned insurance companies are professionals at working against the insurers. Randall and Skyline are professionals for you the insured and I highly recommend them.Chris from Texas

I was very pleased with my new roof. Everyone I came in contact with from the owner to the crew were very professional. Skyline Roofing Systems worked closely with my insurance company to ensure I was taken care of. We scheduled the build when I would not be working. It rained on that day, so they went above and beyond to build my roof on a Saturday when I was off. Not only did they leave my property clean, they removed the old flooring I had in my driveway from a flooring project I recently completed. I used Skyline Roofing Systems after some hail damage from recent storms. Christian was very professional. He provided all of the information I needed without trying to up sell me. I had asked questions about potential add-ons and he explained benefits and gave insight on some options that might not be the best fit for my roof, rather than trying to add on everything he could for profit. Whenever I had any questions during the claim process or installation, he always provided a quick response, and kept me up to date with the process as soon as he knew the information. The installation process was pretty seamless. There were a few bumps along the way (wasp nest in my chimney), but Christian notified me immediately and gave me options before proceeding. Christian provided me multiple updates along the way, and the owner even stopped by and asked how the process was going. I’m very satisfied with Skyline Roofing’s professionalism and communication. I’m happy to support a local company in the current times, and I would highly recommend them!

From the time Skyline rang the doorbell, to the completed project, a sales/project manager was there to help with the various processes needed to complete a roof replacement. Building trust, they took the uncertainty out of tackling a complex project. Their crew replaced the roof in one day and left the property in pristine condition.I am a hands-on type of person, thus they gave me the tour of Southern Shingles so I could look at all the varieties of shingles, under layments, drip edges, etc (I chose the Landmark Shingle System made by Certainteed because of appearance and longevity). When the insurance adjuster arrived, Skyline was there to assist with the claim. When Southern Shingles arrived with the delivery, Skyline was there to ensure all the correct supplies were provided. Brady stayed the entire day of the roof replacement. I was pleasantly surprised to meet with the owner Mr. Strachan the day of the installation. He is a hands-on person too. The crew was marvelous in responding to my particular requests and performed an exceptional job. The crew even came back the next day to replace my rotting chimney stack that was discovered during the roof replacement. Chase, and Daniel were just a phone call or text away to answer a plethora of questions i had. That is if they were not here.Skyline stays engaged during the whole process. They can be trusted, and have expert knowledge of roofing systems and the entire industry. Against better judgement my Girlfriend went with this company. After the job was completed Randall Strachan disclosed that he’d forgotten to add overhead/profit & drip edge to the job stating he demanded another $6,400!! Total price/square (how roofs are measured) gives an average of $537/square! Comps for Texas are $200/square!! Shady is an understatement with this company. To make matters worse, he said it wasn’t an issue for my girlfriend, it was on her insurance company! Attorney’s now will get involved, the beginning of severe ugliness will ensue..why? Because an incompetent contractor didn’t know what he was doing..
