Mr.Rey came out to evaluate the job and Mr.Jimmy also was on site to make sure everything came out to the customer's satisfaction. I cannot forget about Mr.David Keller, who never pressured me concerning the work and was reasonable in the quote he gave me. I would recommend Spartan to my family and friends. After having a very negative experience with another contractor, I was hesitant to contact anyone else but decided to give Spartan a call based on their excellent reviews and they did NOT disappoint. From my first phone conversation with David until the completion of the entire project, everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Roxanne was a true joy to work with, very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. She listened to my concerns, answered my many questions patiently and took care of any and all issues that arose immediately, always making sure things were done to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about Spartan Roofing and Siding. I chose themover two other roofing companies because they gave us an accurate estimate and very reasonable price. Our roof was replaced in a day and half by their fantastic crew and it looks great!Jacob was our Sales Person and he walked us step by step through the process and was very patient and understanding. The crew showed up as scheduled and did a great job! And everything was cleaned up nicely after that. I will definitely refer Spartan Roofing and Siding to anyone that needs help with roof repairs or replacement!

Spartan replaced the siding on my house. The price was very fair and they did an excellent job. Ran into some problems with the old construction and rot. They handled it easily and did not try to overcharge me for unforseen repairs of old construction. so many others would have seen that as a good profit opportunity! The paint job was very good as well.

After getting multiple quotes, decided to go with Spartan. They were not the least expensive, but were certainly not the most expensive, with one other group more than double what Spartan quoted. I liked how they were very up front with everything, answered all my questions/concerns, and were prompt in both coming out for the estimate and doing all the work. They did some fascia repair and added gutter, two downspouts, leaf guard, and drip guard on one side of the house that did not have gutters installed by previous owner. Very easy to work with.

We were so lucky to find David Keller and Jim Jumper of Spartan Exteriors. They remodeled two of bathrooms for us and did an outstanding job! There was a myriad of detail decisions that had to be made. They walked us through each step providing us the options with the pros and cons of each so we could make the best decision. The work was reasonably price and, most importantly, they stayed on budget. The final product was excellent! We intend to use Spartan Exteriors for any future remodeling work and highly recommend them to anyone considering a construction project. I've included Before and After photos below.

We had outdoor timber beams sealed and porch and patio ceilings caulked and sealed. All done in 1 day, outstanding, quality work, and amazingly clean! Excellent communication and very reasonable price. 100% recommend!

Needed my gutter repaired quickly as it was coming detached from the house. Jimmy showed up very promptly and gave me a fast and fair estimate. He had the wood beneath fixed and gutter reattached in less than an hour. He showed me the original screws that were used were too small and incorrectly placed. He installed longer screws, making sure the gutter is now firmly attached to the frame of the house. Felt like having a friend come over to help me out. Fair price, fast, and good people. I don't know what else you would look for.

Raccoon got into my attic and tore my siding up in the process. Called the day after thanksgiving and was made aware they won’t be back into the office until that following Monday.(very understandable) I left my info and they called me back that Monday and were more than happy to come out the following day. They came out told me everything they saw and how they could affordably fix it. Got a quote within 24 hours with a breakdown of all the information and repairs going to be made. They were then able to get out on site for repairs in less than a week. Finished everything and clean after themselves very promptly. All repairs were finished same day and we are very happy with the results and the pricing. Would definitely recommend their services to anybody with siding issues.

The Spartan team removed our old failed siding on a third of our house replacing with Hardie Siding, soffit and replaced rotted facia. This work included a chimney. They made repairs to the roofing and flashing and got us all sealed up. Then they caulked everything and painted to match the existing house colors. They took very good care of our surrounding surfaces and landscape. In the spring, we will have them back to do the rest of the house.
