He cleaned up the area of the fire, answered all questions I had (which was a lot, I’ve never been through this!) and went above and beyond to clean everything in my home to my satisfaction!!! This company are crooks. They charged $16,000.00 they have been completely paid and never did the work and now they won’t return any calls. This work was supposed to have done in March 2023

Kenny North of Superior Dryout and Mitigation just did an exceptional job repairing some leak/mold damage in my storeroom .I got his name from Home Advisor after the company recommended by my insurance company gave me a terribly high estimate.Kenny told me exactly what was to be done, who would do it and how long it would take. Everyone who came was as professional, punctual and efficient as Kenny was and got the job completed in 5 consecutive days at a fair price with no surprises.I told him he is now on my A list and I will use him anytime I need related work.
