We loved working with Superior Southern. They were very polite, and offered us choices the other companies didn't, like 40 year shingles that won't get algae growing on them. Very easy to deal with.We recently had them work on a commercial property as well, doing a silicone roof coating. The cost was very affordable, and it only took a couple of days to complete. Our leaks have stopped, plus our AC unit seems to be running a lot less due to the white roof. We are very happy.

Superior Southern completed my roof this April. I was overall impressed on how quickly the work was completed and most of all with the quality of work. Kiel Pridey was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. The price was very reasonable and even offer payment plans for people like myself who have a high deductible.

I received a very upsetting letter from a Randy Mann who's title is manager for this company. It is one thing to send advertisement in the mail for your company, but to send an ad that is almost threatening is unbelievable! So this letter states that he represents the "best roofing company HANDS DOWN". Then goes on to say that he drove by my house and notice the roof not repaired (scary) . And then says, "You have such a beautiful home, why on earth would you not replace the roof, which by the way if not taken care of soon will result in farther costly damages". Well guess what Randy, just like the hail storm was unexpected, some circumstances in our life came unexpectedly too. After the storm hit, we had an extra storm hit our family... we planned on getting the roof fix but then found out our insurance company did not have roof coverage... Which was news to us, and our realtor is no where to be found to explain why...then we came up with the money to fix our roof and then my husband lost his job after 15 years... so guess what, that money went to our bills.... then for an extra bonus one of my family members passed away and even though he served our country we still had to help pay for funeral expenses because he had no one else... All of this had a ripple effect and at the end of the day, our priorities are to pay our bills and mortgage so that we can have a roof over our head for our 4 kids. We went from NEVER having to worry about bills getting paid, to struggling. So thank you Randy for your letter that EMPHASIZES that if we don't hire you right now, our house is going to crumble. Another unnecessary stress added to our life. Now, unless you Sir are going to fix our roof for free, I would like to suggest that you rethink your accusatory, non- subtle advertising approach before you send another letter out. You have no idea what people have or are going through and ASSUMING that "this may have been an over site on our part" is a careless statement. Contrary to what you believe, most people are not prepared to throw down $5000 plus for roof repair because you say so. I would have given you no stars if I could, but unfortunately for me, you get 1 just so I can post this.

First of all great jobSuperior Southernthis was my first time having to deal with replacing a roof an Insurance claim but Kiel explain the wholeprocess to me and how it works and my deductiblesKiel give a discount and I was very please with , the job was great and everything went exactly the way he explained to me, I'm glad it"s over, it was like going to the Dentist, I just wanted it to be over with .But unlike the Dentist my roofing ,siding and garage door jobs was painless . so if anyone is going to have there roof replace I would very highly recommend you call Superior Southern and Kiel PrideyThanks Superior Southern .Carmen, Moya
