From the very start a respectful representative by the name of David assisted in setting up the initial inspection with ease. Being outside the city limits, the business I am employed by was grateful Texas Family Roofing was able to provide a quote for roof replacement. Texas Family Roofing was the top choice among 4 other companies that were asked to produce quotes. Upon the completed inspection Jacob promptly sent the quote along with pictures of the major repairs needed. Kudos to Jasmyn for awesome customer service! The work started right away upon payment being received and the job was done in 1 day. Only downside was the leftover debris.

After getting two quotes that came in much lower than the proposed amount with Texas Family Roofing, I chose them because of the thorough roof inspection that I received and length of warranty. Travis was professional and personable and fully inspected my roof and attic. He even covered a few spots immediately that were causing water to get into the attic and they held up through the rain we had following. I absolutely appreciated knowing the upfront cost rather than surprises later on although it’s an expense no homeowner really wants to make especially if it’s out of pocket like mine. Juan Bustos was a great help in the whole process of assisting me with my roof replacement. I really enjoyed the videos they provide to help better understand everything that goes along with installing a new roof. Juan was able to provide me with pictures of the damages on roof. Then after Paul reached out to me with the payment process, the delivery of materials, setting up date and times. Making sure everything was being done correctly and in a timely manner. He made sure to call me the day he inspected the work and our property was in good shape along with cleanup and photos. I was very impressed by everyone’s help and professionalism. I would recommend this company to others. Especially as I was not there in person to oversee process was a huge relief in trusting them with the work and other home. From beginning to end, the team at Texas Family Roofing was committed to providing us with the best quality and service.Jack came to our home and did a thorough inspection, then sat us down to explain in detail (with pictures & video) what we were dealing with, what we could expect, and how they could help.We dealt a lot with Paul, who is very hands on. He checked in with us often and even showed up a few times to check on the progress. This showed me how invested he was in our project and the service his company provides.The crew was amazing! They made sure everything was covered from my driveway and patio to even my little shrubs. They were very polite and extremely tidy. TFR provided great service when they came out and gave an assessment but that is where the quality ended. First of all, we requested a quote to get a specific portion of the roof replaced. For some reason they spent more time focusing on a total roof replacement even after they said we have at least 5 years left on our roof. When asked for a quote on the specific area (what we asked a quote for), it was clearly not as thorough and the quote of the work was very unclear. They way the repair was seemingly explained to us, we were getting that entire portion part of the roof replaced which made sense because it was about 1/5th of the total roof replacement. What we got was a random guy majorly late that could not produce the work order with a couple of sheets of plywood. We had a heck of a time getting a hold of the production manager and when we did, he got confrontational with my wife and was totally unprofessional. We cut our losses and were like fine we won't ever deal with them again. That was until the work settled and we had exposed wood from the area that they had just repaired. After a couple of weeks trying to get ahold of them again, we finally had someone supposedly coming out. We were originally quoted at them arriving at noon, then 2pm, but right now it's past 5pm and they haven't shown up. Completely unprofessional group. Don’t fall for all the Family in the name, you will get treated like a step child with this group.Service: Roof damage repair

Texas Family Roofing did a great job. Juan told me what to expect and it happened. The whole roof was taken off and a new one put on the same day. Only downside was the gutters weren't installed until 15 days after the roof, and I was told two different dates that they would be installed, and they weren't. But not a huge deal, they had a backlog from other jobs. The quality of the work was great. Juan even came out and did a water test on a leak to make sure it was repaired after the new roof was installed. Highly recommend.

Update: I received a call today asking if it was ok if they came over and completed the work today. It was fine and they were over in about an hour and knocked it out in about another hour. Jasmyn the PM was completely professional and explained everything and the next steps. The little things like painting all of our vent pipes so they all matched was a nice touch that they did not have to do but those things make a difference. Really pleased with TX Family roofing!Initial review: Just had Kory over to give me a quote on some roof repair work. He asked if we had been added for replacement due to hail and we had but he went ahead and did that as well as a double check. Ultimately the fact that he did not try and push a new roof on me is one of the main reasons I decided to contract with Texas Family Roofing for the repair work! Honest up front people are getting harder to find but you will find that here!

Victor was in my area and offered to take a look at my roof free of charge. I know I’m getting close to needing a replacement but didn’t know specifics. He was able to break it down in a way I could easily understand, showed me evidence to back up his findings, and followed up to make sure I knew all my options for funding my replacement. When I’m ready to pull the trigger and have this done I will definitely be calling him.Also, I don’t have to worry about anyone breaking in or robbing me when he’s around! He looks like he could fight off a bear if it came running up!!

Replaced my roof in less than 11 hours from arrival to cleanup and departure. The Atlas Pinnacle Impact shingles have a great 3D look, love it. Armando followed up with a detailed inspection and cleanup check. Verified the new solar attic fan was operating properly, inspected the roof, walked the whole property with a magnet and blower.

We recently had Texas Family Roofing come and inspect our roof for damage due to weather and age. Travis inspected the attic space as well as outside on our 2 story roof. Afterwards he sat down and discussed what he saw, the potential causes, and the work that should be done. Rather than make the conversation a case for a new roof he logically laid out suggestions based on our home's age and current roof integrity to only include the sources of leaking and enhance the longevity of the existing roof. This saved me at least $20,000 with my initial thoughts of thinking the roof needed to be replaced. He later provided a detailed assessment, 2 different quotes based on the avenues we could take... all in a report. I mean...a DETAILED report-complete with pictures, videos, drone footage and plain, line items that spelled out exactly what would be done.After agreeing to the work needed, I was contacted by their production crew lead Jasmyne who was able to quickly schedule us. On the day work was to be done, she came with the crew and oversaw the activity, inspected every nail, shingle, vent, attic fan installation, sealed every nail and every appliance that made contact with my roof and mdf which a section was replace. All of this shown by photos as well. You can't ask for more with that level of detail. In closing I just want to thank everyone else for their professional work. I was able to text either of them (even after hours) if I had a question. I texted once around 6:30 pm on a weekend and Travis was still prompt, courteous, and obviously willing to go the extra mile to show their is no project too small to still warrant the level of detail and attention they gave.
