Bought a new home and needed to replace the existing trim and repaint the interior. Called up Texas Star, they came out and gave us a quote, and we were happy with the price so gave them the go-ahead and they went straight to work. I can't stress this enough: Their work was detail oriented and they cleaned up after themselves. They even went above and beyond and fixed "the smell" the home had. Which turned out to be cat urine soaked sheetrock (previous owners were gross people...and Dr's...go figure). Texas Star replaced the sheetrock and the smell went away. We are BEYOND grateful!! Thank you so much!

We accepted several bids on a roof. Texas Star was the best deal. They were quick and responsive to all our questions. We saved 3k using them. They took a day and a half to start and finish work and removed all work materials. They even used a magnet want to look for additional nails that may have fallen.I have already made 3 referrals to family and friends. My roof is amazing!Service: Roof installation

Texas Star just completed a roof repair to reseal all the vents on my roof. My experience with Texas Star has been very good from the initial contact, the roof inspection and assessment, and the actual work that was done today. Every aspect of their interaction with me was professional, thorough, quality workmanship and materials and on site verification of what was required... they determined that two plastic vents had to be replaced and properly sealed. They made sure that any shingles that needed to be replaced matched exactly to my roof. The owner and both of the two representatives that were on-site assured me that they would stand behind the work and that I should contact them if I had questions or should any follow-up be required. I am 100% satisfied with Texas Star Roofing.

We called Texas Star roofing after the hailstorm in May damaged our roof. Jeff came out quickly and determined we needed a total roof replacement. Communication from Letty was always prompt and they came out when they said they would and finished the job on schedule. They even worked w my insurance co and sent a supplemental invoice bec the insurance co did not include a metal drip edge in their initial estimate. I highly recommend!

I'm in the process of selling my house, and I had a few damaged shingles on my roof. A friend suggested I call Texas Star Roofing, and I'm so glad I did!They could have taken full advantage of my inexperience in the situarion, but they fixed ONLY what needed fixing, and didn't rake me over the coals! They showed up when they said they would, were fast,friendly, and did a stellar job!I want to say I was just WOWED by my overall experience with Texas Star Roofing and Construction Company!More people need to know about the quality work and service I received. I just want to warn people....Beware!Sadly, these people came out and were supposed to do a number of repairs to different units in a multi residential property. For my unit they charged two large fees for work that they did not do and then tried to lie about it when my contractor confronted them. They also defaced the front of my building by putting a yellow gummy caulking in an expansion joint that runs vertically down the face of the building. Not only was this an unattractive mess, it shows they don't know much about building and construction. When they came back to the site to discuss the issue with the contractor, they pulled the caulking off the face of the building, admitting that was not the right caulk and a mess and it pulled away part of the stucco.The owner did refund one of the two fees that were charged, but was indignant, had multiple excuses during the process, and continued to insist the work was done right, even while there and inspecting it, until it was more than obvious that they didn't do the work at all.The contractor I had is also an insurance claims inspector for roofing damage. He said this happens a lot and people should always check the work done by contractors they hire - especially roofs where it is hard to see if the work is done.

This company does some awesome work. Good quality work with a reasonable price. The employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. They answered my questions and did not hesitate to take pictures of the damage. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. I will definitely use them again. THANKS for the great job!

Had roof replace, the roofers punctured the water heater hose, ceiling leaked, it ruined some of our electronics, ruined wood floors, ceiling now has to be fixed. somehow they unplugged the internet line, which left us without wifi and unable to work. Called the office, left messages, no call back.
