If I could I would leave zero stars, but it only allows to select one! Today we rented equipment from The Home Depot on SW Military. We paid for the rental and left. So when we get to our clients house we were ready todo the work and sadly the equipment that we rented didn’t work. It was very frustrating! The drive was far too. So we took the equipment back asking for a refund and the manager was so rude and only gave us half our money! Also said we had it for some time and didn’t believe us!!!!!! If you happen to rent any equipment try it out first. Don’t waste your time or money. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. That’s why I’m including my feedback. They have bad customer service! I will never trust their equipment again. The manager needs to be more professional and check the equipment and have better customer service!

Workers very rude, especially Customer Service. Aisle workers a little more friendly.Hostile Customers on the aisle. Was using my phone in a very secluded area, a Hispanic woman suddenly jerked a display out of from in front of me, could have said excuse me can I get by, but instead gave me a dirty look without apology, I would have moved. Customers there are very disrespectful to their elders, this is the 2nd time, I've experienced this, hostile environment, not friendly at all, and won't be coming to this location ever! Some employees need to be better trained.A Senior disabled Veteran😐🇺🇸

Had a disappointing experience with this store. I bought a John Deere zero-turn lawnmower for $3500 and arranged a delivery. The delivery had a few set backs and finally was scheduled 3 weeks after the purchase. Once the delivery guys showed up with the lawnmower, I asked them to make sure it starts. Sure enough the battery was dead. They tried to add a charge to the battery but the new lawnmower engine wouldn’t turn over. I asked them to send the lawnmower back and drove to the store and demanded a refund. I’ll take my business elsewhere to a place who sells working equipment.

Very Helpful Staff. Can be busy,but with patience they'll come around and help out once done taking care of that which they're doing.(assisting of,course other customers)Even at the registers everything works fine and the cashier's are customer friendly.

Was nice here! many interesting stuff, though aside from the fans there (because usually at home Depot they have fans that are on for a long time) so I'd be skeptical buying one from them that has pre-installed lights, other than that everything seems interesting and cool

Hessaire 3100 , great buy. Cools off a very hot day outside on the patio in San Antonio . Use to find everything I needed here but the last couple of times I have had to go to Lowe's to find what I was looking for. Need more workers to restock plywood and lumber .

I forgot why I stopped shopping at home Depot. It's all self serve, no cashier, oh well, you have cashier's telling you where to go for self service. At this store, on the Southside, your average customer, doesn't know how to self check out. There was a line of confusion, me and like 2 others walked out. In this age of ordering on line and getting same day, you guys best snap out of it. People are getting fed up with this. I came here to shop, NOT BE PUT TO WORK. good luck UPDATE: 2-22-2024. THEY NOW HAVE CASHIERS!!! THANK YOU.

The garden shop was trashed.. things scattered everywhere, aisles blocked and couldn't find what I needed or an employee to assist us... do not recommend this location

Today was the 3rd time I have tried to complete a $1000+ stain purchase. The 1st time I ordered online (I live an hour away) and was sent the wrong color. I returned it via a courier. The 2nd time I went in person to the store to order 6 5-gallon buckets but they only had 3 in the store so I was told to pick up 3 at a later date. Today I show up to pick up the remaining 3 5-gallon buckets and was told that I had picked them up on October 3rd at 7:07 am. There was a signature showing that I had picked them up which appeared to be my signature that I make on a digital signature machine, but it it could not have been mine because I was 5 hours away in Dallas, Texas on said morning. See attached files. This will be the last time I ever shop at Home Depot, I've said this before but now I mean it.I'm only giving one star because I have to.I'm calling the corporate headquarters tomorrow to file an official complaint.Attached files are receipt from gas station at about 700am, when I happened to actually be getting gas. And screenshots of my Life360 app that shows my travel and travel times that day.Even if I have to stain the opposite side of the fence a different color, I will not be going back to Home Depot.

I try to only rate high scores but if I could I'd give this place a negative 0. There were at least 4 women sitting around in the appliance area. When we asked about a product, without standing up a woman said, "We don't got none" and continued sitting around with the other "employees". I'm from the Southside and it's embarrassing to me that after all some people have done to make the Southside a better place, people there don't even make an attempt to keep business on the Southside.

Only 25 cents!! We got lucky and found some cleaning products and hand soaps for only 25 centavos! We bought some wood, paint, shelving supplies and a new Ryobi set and built a supply shelf for our crafts...If only everything else was only 25 cents...I would get this and that...and that and this...

I went in to buy lights and when I came out 5 minutes later, this is what I found on my vehicle. I went in and spoke to someone in customer service. She said that the parking lot is not theirs. My son works nearby and said that they’ve been having break-ins in this parking lot. So park at your own risk since Home Depot isn’t responsible for what happens here. Better yet, shop somewhere else where someone might be responsible

Home Depot has been my store to buy my tools needed to maintain my yard this summer. I also like a lot of their plants lots of variety oh and got my patio lights there as well. I'm glad to have one so close by for quick runs.

Love our Home Depot! The prices and quality of products and materials are outstanding not to mention the friendly staff and service! Best part is that even our kids to experience the same thing on every first Saturday of the month. They get to built a small project and learn at the same time. They totally love the kids workshop and so do we!
