I am very happy with our roof. Wanted to switch from shingle to metal after hail damage. I received five bids and they all wanted my first born! TM's bid was low and fit within our insurance payment, less deductible. All others were 8 to 10k over payout. I was leery until I saw the demo, product on site and very quick project start. No money up front, half after demo and all materials on site, half at completion. They also did soffit and facia work for half of other bids. Communication was a tad bit of a barrier with the crew, but Carina was available to translate and answer all of my concerns. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

The crew did a good job installing the roof, but did not finish the skylight installation detailing, or even install the skylight cover to keep rain out of the house. I have texted, called and emailed for over a month, and have not gotten a reply yet. When I made the final payment (minus a small amount for this unfinished work), I was told it would be finished the next day. Bad service guys!Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation

They make appointments to come give you an estimate then they don't show up or answer their phone. Then 4.5 hours later they call and say maybe they can come the next day. This is unacceptable considering some people take off work to be there for the estimate.
