Jared and his team did an amazing job. He never dropped the ball. He assisted with obtaining insurance approval and didn't stop until it was completed. I had three other roofing companies that did not follow through because I had a difficult insurance company, but Jared took over and got the job done. His crew arrived early in the morning and they were done by 1pm. These guys work FAST! They left my property clean, in fact they checked the perimeters three times. The last guy who came in to remove the debri did the final walk through to ensure there were no nails left behind. Overall very professional and efficient. Thank you!

They showed up on time. We’re very neat and finished my roof in one day. Jared made sure everything was clean before they left. My neighbors were impressed how fast the roof went up and how nice it looks. They take credit card payments without charging you extra. This company is amazing! AAA++

Had tridom replace the roof on my home .. to my surprise the Jared found damage to my home 2 other companies didn't find. The team of tridom and Jared took care of us and delt with my insurance company for us getting the roof redone at the cost of the insurance company which I thought would be hard due to the age of the roof. The team at tridom from the sales staff to the installers were great. They left my house in better shape with a better roof then what it was built with. Now with confidence I can say we will not use any other roofing company and will recommend them to anyone we see who needs a roof as Jared and team know how to deal with the hard unwilling insurance companies. Than you guys for adding vaule and protection to my home for years to come.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Ten Stars!! Tridom performed.Large difficult project consisting of several small roofs. VERY professional, VERY clean and organized. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The surrounding areas were left in better condition than when they arrived.The workers are well-trained and polite. Have dealt with many roofers and Tridom is in a different league. The attention to detail was outstanding.We understood that replacing an old roof will expose unknown conditions. Johnston Camp did a great job of communicating and explaining everything along the way, never too busy to answer questions. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest. Definitely went above and beyond. No up-sell pressure at all. We got more than we paid for. Overall, I’d say we were pleased with the job Tridom roofing did (with a few caveats).The Good: Communication is mostly great and they keep you well updated on where they’re at in the process and what’s to come. They seem like genuine people, very likeable. Roof is well done and looks great. Gutter contractors they used did a good job.The Caveats: one color option on shingles and that’s it. Extra work on replacement of rotted fascia boards wasn’t a great value - the worst of it WAS replaced and painted to match (and looks great) but for $3k I was under the impression a lot more of it was going to be replaced than actually was. Lots of stray nails in the yard afterward (maybe every roof job has this issue?) but not great with small children running around.Again, overall we were pleased and would recommend them but would also tell those we offered that recommendation to get very specific on what they are paying for to avoid any surprises after the job is done.4.0 Stars. Still really enjoy coming home and seeing our beautiful new roof even though it’s been a few months now.

The process what’s seamless. I had my whole roof replaced and they did everything from explaining how to work with the insurance company, doing the work while I was away, hiring at and all subs all the way to project completion.
