I hired Twin Hammers Roofing for a roof replacement for a commercial building. Ryan Stewart patiently and thoroughly explained my options. After choosing a metal roof, Ryan presented a proposal. After considering proposals from others, I chose Twin Hammers' bid. The work was done promptly. As I was out of town, Ryan efficiently kept me informed of the progress. Christian also provided helpful information. The final invoice reflected my understanding of the original proposal. The roof is new but based on my experience to date, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and quality work of Twin Hammers and highly recommend it for roofing services.

We had our roof redone last summer after a hail storm totaled it. I'm writing the review now because I just recently received a follow up call from Ryan asking how we were liking the new roof. I had met Ryan previously and gave him a call hoping he could help since I had not been able to find a roofing company where I live. Thankfully Twin Hammers was able to travel over an hour west of San Antonio to fix our roof. Ryan and his team handled everything with our insurance company and was extremely professional. I appreciated that Ryan always returned my calls and didn't get annoyed with the hundreds of questions we had for him. He's a super friendly guy that explained everything well and made sure we were happy with what we had chosen. There are a lot of roofing companies to choose from but Twin Hammers has some of the best customer service I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Roof was pretty badly damaged after a storm. Chris from Twin Hammers was quick and accommodating to my schedule. Got the place looked at and worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced and the windows repaired. Even helped me navigate how to work with insurance companies. Earlier this month I called Twin Hammers and spoke to Christian about having a roof leak at our house. Ryan came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. He tarped the roof and their team completed the repair the next day. I was impressed with the whole team’s friendliness and prompt service. I have nothing but great things to say about Twin Hammers Roofing! They responded to my inquiry about getting a roof inspection and were able to come out that same day and look at it. They explained the insurance claims process and have answered any questions I've had patiently and respectfully. After having an actual insurance representative "inspect" my roof, Daniel with Twin Hammers got the job done right! Daniel was hands on and inspected my roof and told me I had a hole in my roof. Insurance representative failed to disclosed but they were kind of enough to deny my claim. Long story short Twin Hammers crew came in early to start the job and were done by noon. The crew cleaned up nicely front and back of yard. The foreman on site was nice enough toalso let me see my new roof via drone when done. My roof looks fantastic and durable. I was looking for a full roof replacement. Did my normal shopping and decided on Twin Hammers. A big factor in that decision was Ryan. I wasn't on his schedule and he made time to come see my roof the same day I called the office. He gave me several options and price quotes with each option. He didn't try to up sale me on anything and was patient. He was easy to get in contact with before, during and, after the project was completed. He was friendly and professional. I had a recent small hail storm at my house and I wanted someone to inspect my roof to make sure that there was not damage that needed repair or replacement. I am thoroughly impressed with the work that Twin Hammers did. The new roof they put on is a huge improvement over the previous roof, but what really impressed was I called them a year a ago for storm damage repair and they honored their estimate a year later with no increase in the price quoted.They were as professional as can be. Daniel gave me a timeline of what to expect and when each part of the process would occur. Sure enough the workers followed through with the scheduling even coming an hour early to start setting up for the day.All in all I would recommend Twin Hammers to anyone. Update to original review. Mr. Sanchez told us during roof repairs that his company did other home repairs and we asked for an estimate to repair siding and he said he would send us the estimate the next week. We are now in May and my husband sent an email on April 21st. Crickets! He doesn't follow through. Which is why I have downgraded our score.First scheduled appointment was postponed due to an unforeseen circumstance. Received phone call from the owner the next day to reschedule and he along with some of his crew came out assessed needed repairs and began work the same day. Came back the next day to complete repairs and to check and insure that all areas of leaks were fixed. We highly recommend this company for any roof needs you may have. This is the most amazing company I have ever encountered! Christian and his team replaced the entire roof of my mother's house in 8 hours. They did this after my mother's house was completely destroyed by a crook contractor. The twin hammers team was so kind and respectful. They worked hard, did an amazing job and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. We had such a fantastic experience with Twin Hammers! Daniel Slater helped us so much by doing an initial inspection of our roof then met with our insurance adjuster to get our roof claim approved. He walked us through the entire process and our roof turned out so beautiful. The workers were very quiet while working. They finished the same day and picked up after themselves nicely. Honestly I really wanted an A1 company to do roofing for my house and i’ve been searching and searching and one day I saw them doing a house and i absolutely loved it. My wife was already getting on me to ask them if they would do our house and you know how wives are. So I went up to a respectful gentleman that really helped me out through the process and gave me the lay down. I was really impressed on how much thought goes into all this. I just wanted my roof done and they took care of me. They got done with my roof and at the end it felt like we were a family and not just some customers. My wife couldn’t believe it either and she made me double check everything even though they checked everything like more than 5 times, everything was perfect. You know how wives can be, she had me watching here and there but I knew they got this from how well they treated me from the get go, so when the wife wasn’t looking I booted up so good ol’ NFL. Came and did a free inspection and assisted me with submitting a claim to my insurance. They were also present when the adjuster came to look at the roof to advise of any questions I might not know of. Once my claim was approved they came out the next day and replaced my entire roof within that same day!
