I was given USA Home Roofing’s number by a friend who had a great experience and that’s who I decided to go with. Let me first start by saying that Ive never been long in a house where I needed to replace a roof. This experience was great from start to finish in using USA Home Roofing & Exteriors.From the time I sat down to educate myself on roofing, to researching differnt companies, John and Charles were extremely knowledgable concerning their craft, answering questions, to finalizing the project and completing the job. They helped with communication to our insurance company and our HOA.My wife and I are extremely impressed with this company as they go out of their way to bring you a great product and make sure you are satisfied with the work. They were great to work with and we cannot thank them enough for all the little details they provide and do. Everything exceeded expectations and we would defintely recommend them to others.

Charles is a super nice guy and explains everything in detail. Had problems with mortgage company endorsing insurance checks but they did the job regardless and waited out to get paid. Weeks past and not once did they contact me about getting paid. Awesome people and awesome job!

We needed our roof repaired because a raccoon made a large hole in it, and the roof also had some tree limb damage. Kevin and his helper did an excellent job and they cleaned upnicely. The evaluation of my roof and the estimate process was very professional, but the rest of the sales and customer onboarding/services was unprofessional. There was a lack of email response from a person named John Mora once I asked to move forward with the project. When I did get a reply, he would say they are just busy. Seems odd that they are so busy that I can't get an email to sign the agreement for almost three months without any follow through on their part. I never got the agreement to sign after he said he would send it back in July.When I asked if they are too busy for my work, he basically said they were and good luck. I'm left wondering why they would even come out and do a project estimate if they don't want new work. We could have saved everyone time by just being up front that they couldn't accept new projects or send someone out for estimates. It was a very odd experience. The only other thing I can think of is that they do want new work, but this sales person wasn't interested in my account for some reason.

Painless experience. SA Premier was one of the first to respond to my request for a new roof and after the initial inspection I knew they were the right choice to go with. John M. is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and flexible and was able to quickly assess and get my roof replace. Whether it was working with the insurance company or providing the clearest details about the work needing to be done he really made it a painless and simple process. Also, kudos to the work crew who finished a new roof all in one day tear down and install, I got home as they were leaving and it looks great and so far has worked well. I needed a new roof from hail damage and John (owner of the company) came out the next day to measure and provide a quote.
