Had siding placed on my mother's home, the window awning was put back up using the old hardware which is coming apart from the home. Hardy board was used for replacement. I was promised months ago that the hardware would be replaced but once again nothing. They won't return my calls now. Ordinary people beware!!!If you're not big business then you don't matter to this company. They will use the name of God and act like you matter until you've paid them and have a problem.Service: Exterior structural repairs

This lady took advantage of my elderly family members! She is a crook and this is her common Busienss practice. See all her reviews.Herb contract is for 9.2k and didn’t complete the work. Watch out for this lady. She will do anything to get extra money and bullied our family9.2k contract and bullied them into paying 10.7k

Contracted for roofing, gutter installation, and windows beading.Problem1) Roofing completed but no warranty papers provided.2) Gutter Installation had four failed attempts over a 10-day period. No refund given.3) Windows Beading couldn't be done at the cost she estimated and was supposed to refund it. No refund given.4 ) She is not aware of the discounts offered on her own business site. Retired military or active are supposed to receive a 10% discount which I did not receive. I did not use her web site but a service provider that notifies business I'm searching for contractors. She contacted me by phone. Because of the problems mentioned, I check her web site to see if there was someone else, I could work with and that is when I discovered the discounts. When she was asked about this she stated "Did you get that off my web site".Notify BBB that she is not deserving of an A+ rating. One of the main reasons I chose her. Rating just before mine gave her a 1 due to warranty papers.

Worst contractor ever. Be very careful with her. Always wants the money upfront. Never really listened to us. Put up Brick that didn't even match our elevation. Hires workers that are unsure of what materials to use (this is a big one). Won't give warenties that she offers. My biggest regret ever. She always Played the DUMB CARD!!!
