The customer service provided by Ms. Gabriela (Gaby) was horrible. She lacks the people skills required to be in that position. I would highly recommend driving a couple more miles and go to the McCoy’s in Harlingen. The customer service at the store in Harlingen is great and will not disappoint.

Had what I needed. Had like 3 people helping me at once each person trying to locate a water connection piece. Bathroom was clean. Called them a few times and each time the employee went to look for what I called for to make sure it was there.

Their windows are Junk! Spent several thousands of dollars for Junk windows. Was told we would just have to live with how sloppy they open and close. Don't Shop McCoy's!!!! I have a video of how bad they are if I could figure out how to post it! Too bad the windows they sell aren't made to the same quality as the display sample!

Been shopping here for years. They don't always have in stock all the items you can get from the bigger stores but they can usually order them. Reason I like to go to them first is the customer service. So hard to get service at Lowe's and Home Depot. but at McCoy's, there is always someone ready to talk to you and help you. my first stop.

Makes no sense that I have to carry my DD214 to get veteran discount. Manager wouldn't call Harlingen store to verify that I get veteran discount there. I needed an item that Harlingen store didn't have in stock so I ended up paying full price. Your computer system knows my name, address and phone number. Why can't it remember that I am a veteran?
