Do not make the mistake I did!I hired another contractor and he ran off with my money!Omar came in to save the day and remolded my home in weeks! He picked me up with his customer service, professionalism and ability to make promises and see them through!!!! He did not let me down and I appreciate him and his team for restoring my faith in contractors! Omar was transparent and extremely communicative, he sent me pictures throughout all the progress. In 2020, my wife and I made an offer on a home we knew needed a new flat roof. The home inspector we hired was very thorough and recommended Javdo because he had seen so many of their TPO jobs (for flat roofs) and endorsed the quality of materials used/workmanship and knew of Omar’s professionalism.We were so pleased with that first job, that we have used Javdo for our 3 rental properties; 1 flat replacement (Nov 2023) and 2 extensive shingle roof repair jobs. Both my mother and sister in laws used Javdo for their roof replacements based off of our endorsement. We have all enjoyed working with Omar for the following reasons: he explains his work process, he provides before and after photos if his client is unable to get on the roof, his crew arrives with their own porta-potty and cleans up when the job is done. There are too many “fly by night” roofers in this town- don’t risk using one that uses low quality materials, leaves a mess and won’t guarantee their work.

I had a leak on my roof . Took almost 2 months to fix it. After nagging them .they came after 2 months . There were 2 small damages in the garage and living room roof . I told the owner that I need to have it fixed . He told me he has no disposable workers to fix it . To hire some and fix it less than 400 dollars.. I got it fixed and send him the bill .. He said he would take care of it . I have been calling him for 2 months and has not paid me .. He tells me tomorrow. I am tired . Want higher management to help me with this situation .His response:Now you gave me a reason not to pay you. I keep answering your texts. I have never said I'm not going to pay you.Don't ever bother me again. Crazy woman

Javdo Roofing took on the task of reroofing my mother's home and porches in January. We were impressed by the team's professionalism, timeliness, and worksite cleanliness the entire week it took to complete the project (even in cold weather). The only issue we ran into was that the color selected was out of stock, and Mr. Flaco had to add another color to complete the trim.With the 60+ mph winds that blasted through the county, my mother's home only lost one shingle. Javdo Roofing was only a phone call away and took care of the issue.Now that our home has significant roof damage, we will entrust the repairs to Javdo Roofing. I needed a new roof for an apartment building located in Fabens Texas. One of my problems was that I live out of state and it was difficult for me to contract a job that I would not be able to supervise. I talked to several contractors but nobody could make me feel comfortable, I thought I would have to take a trip to Texas before I hired anybody.Then I talked to Omar. He explained everything that he was going to do, the material he was going to use and all the details that I needed. I had to make some followup calls for additional information. Omar was patient with me and provided all the answers I needed.I decided to contract Javdo Roofing and Construction. I called Javdo Roofing and Construction in an effort to get a bid to repair my moms roof. We had a company out previously about 2 years prior. Omar took a lot of time to explain and show us where the previous company failed to use the correct materials and used nails that were too short. He also explained that the roof was not repairable. He gave us a quote for replacement that was better than the previous repair.His crew showed up on time and they got the job done quickly. The new roof looks spectacular. I cant believe he was able to replace the roof that quickly and for his quoted price. They went the extra mile and made sure everything looked good, was top quality and met my expectations. They are trustworthy and helped my mom through this process even while I wasn't in town. This was a blessing because my mom is on fixed income and could not afford to lose more money.Great crew that did A+ work for a very reasonable price. I got a few estimates from a couple roofing companies in el Paso. Javdo was the best choice. Omar is an honest punctual roofing owner. He's very clear about what needs to get done. I needed a flat roof fixed and that's his specialty so he did a great job. I will leave an updated review in a couple years to see how the roof holds up.
