The team doing the repairs was very fast and took care to protect things around the work area that couldn't be moved. The new roof looks great. We had not replaced our roof since the house was built in 1998 it was in need of replacement badly. I was not sure of the process at all. I contacted Lanie with Roof Doctors of DFW and she walked me through the whole process and met with myself and my husband that evening. Our insurance adjuster was out the very next day and our roof was replaced within a week of me contacting Lanie and I might add it was replaced in one day, and we have a big roof. I highly recommend Roof Doctors of DFW if you want top notch customer service and a job well done. Lanie takes care of her customers!

Roof Doctors of DFW are amazing! Back in October of 2019, Dallas suffered tremendous lost and hardship from the tornado. Our home sustained significant damage in particularly to our roof.Lani with Roof Doctors and her team worked very efficiently on our behalf; specifically, Lani worked closely with our adjuster as well as our mortgage company to ensure everyone was provided with the appropriate paperwork.
