As a first time homeowner, I didn’t know what I was getting into eight years ago. I had several DIY projects that I enjoyed taking care of myself. When my floors started feeling weak and “spongy”, I knew there weren’t enough YouTube videos out there to walk me through leveling my home, replacing beams, joists, and all the flooring. I was so nervous to hire someone because I’ve heard horror stories. I searched Google and FB reading reviews and looking at photos of completed work. I reached out to Stable Foundation and I’m so happy I did. Shaun was great about communicating from the beginning and throughout the entire project. His crew was prompt, got right to work each morning, and they were very professional. I’m so relieved to have come across this company and will absolutely use them for future projects!Pics included just show the beginning and middle stage of the project. I’ll update if I’m able to add more pics later.
